This is a good summation but I'm afraid they'll never get it. I get it. An American who didn't vote this time because I voted for the aged socialist. LOL
But I get why Trump won 100%

Exactly the evidence of trump losing should be obvious. I mean Scott brown won the Massachusetts special election without nearly such an advantage. He won that seat as a referendum on Obama. Deep blue Massachusetts turned red against Obama but the dems can't buy a win with 10x the money. Trump isn't losing.

Anyone who saw them as a referendum on President Trump was nonsensical. The media at large wasn't supporting that, the Democrats themselves were the ones forwarding that argument. The media was simply reporting what was being said.
So I fail to see your segue with respect to what I was talking about originally.

Nonsense - the media were salivating at the prospect of GA06 being won by Democrats - they covered the election like the general. It was pushed as a referendum on Trump and the Republicans won by even more than Trump did vs Hillary. It's true the media have downplayed it since, but that was because their candidate lost again.

In the Special Election, the gap between the R and D candidate was narrowed to around only 2 percentage points.
That is not a bigger gain or win, unless you use fuzzy math or just plain lie.

Aww, quite pushing that BS.
In the general election the R candidate in GA06 won by somewhere around 20 percentage points over the D candidate.

People just do not vote much in a special election.
One would think the Democrats should have won by 20% with such a low republican turnout due to it being an off cycle election and all they had to prove.

They did in this one.

Part of the district is very heavily (middle and upper middle class) republican; they're not going to let a democrat win. The other half is largely democrat, which is why they closed the gap so much.

Dems have a habit of lighting large piles of cash on fire, wouldn't you agree?

Trump beat Clinton by 1.5% in the general election.
Dems put $20m+ into trying to win - they and the media made it a referendum on Trump. They lost. Trump won the game they set out to play.
Even with all that money and 60% turnout by Republicans vs the General, Trump still won (oh and the Dems had 100% turn out of the general).
Democrats made a huge deal of GA06 and then only downplayed it once they lost.

You're still ignoring the obvious because it doesn't fit with your narrative.
I'm not talking about presidential candidate, I'm talking about congressional race. The congressional race gap was closed from roughly 20 points to around two from General to special.
Fact.
Keep up.
