I have pretty much decided you are an idiot and need to stop.

Men go to women washroom itself is not a terribly big deal. People can eventually accept it. But the biggest problem with it is, if socially accepted, progressives will argue for the next level of civil rights. Sexual assault being one. Especially considering progressives do not support heavy punishment for crimes. If Sweden there was a case when a refugee raped a teen and only got 180 hours of community work for punishment.

If a man go to a women washroom, he gets arrested, according to current law, even in the west. When I was in high school in the early 2000s, if I were to step into a female washroom, I get suspended or even expelled. If these transgender rights become the norm, who's to know what kind of civil rights will progressives argue for years down the road? They can argue for legalizing sexual assault, claiming it is a civil right. After all, without more civil rights being passed as normal, how can they be called progressives? Progressives don't support punishing criminals. They have to keep progressing to be progressives.

I think that is a fear that will never be seen, I may be wrong, but there is such a fear of the trans folks right now, don't think that is going to happen? There are no reported cases of a trans individual assaulting someone in the USA at this point. Historically = 0

FYI, there are 19 states and over 250 cities with anti-discrimination laws that permit transgender people to use the public accommodations that best fit who they are as people. Some of this laws have been on the books for over 10 years. None have reported any increase of these imaginary problems or people posing as transgender to do nefarious things in the wash room.

The point I think people are missing is this:

If a pedophile or rapist or pervert of whatever kind is going to use a restroom to prey on people they will use it regardless of what sex they are. They can go into the restroom and claim to be whatever the hell they want but the second they victimize someone, their gender does not matter. Going to court and using that as an excuse as to why they were in the bathroom in the first place WILL NOT MATTER.
