Ignorant US navy officers encounter Iranian naval patrol

Iranian Army's naval patrol boat is doing a routine patrol in narrow waters of Persian Gulf and its monitoring US strike group and AC when this conversation takes place. please watch the video till the end.

1- US doesn't own Persian Gulf. No one does. it's considered International territory and if anyone should ever own it, it would be regional countries not a country from 11000kms away. Also, you don't own the world, stupid!

one might assume that there has been classes for these fighters to familiarize them with how the world works, but that assumption is false apparently

2-The possibility of an American citizen being a Jihadist terrorist is much higher than an Iranian national.why? well, for starters, there are about 250 US citizens who have joined ISIS
on the other side, there are ZERO Iranian citizens in ISIS, Al-qaeda or Taliban.



So the probability of US soldiers being jihadi to their Iranian counterparts, is maybe 250 to 1? or even lower ?

3- USN is indeed very strong, but we Iranians are not the best target for bullying. we're hot-headed and a bunch of ultra-nationalists. we take stupid and dangerous measures to secure our borders. during Iran-Iraq war, people deliberately walked on mines to clear path for soldiers. no one is that stupid! we used tactics like human-wave attacks to ensure our superiority over the better-equipped Iraq. 500/000 Iranians were killed and we didn't lose one inch to Iraq who thought they will capture Tehran in 2 weeks with international support. our best F-4 pilot flew his plane to Iraqi govt's HQ in Baghdad during the war to cancel an international meeting against Iran. we annihilated Iraqi navy with 1/10th of their power. we cleared them from pages of history.

No one does this in the world! no one dares to capture US sailors [granted in some sense you own the world], it .but we do and we're really proud of this. so, please ....

Its a sad reflection on my civilisation that the good guys,and I have followed this by five years,in Syria are Russia,Syria,Iran and Hezbullah whom are Iranian trained and very good in combat.Yes the nutcases in Washington have your nation in its sights but this current administration also would have Russia and China to contend with as they have exceedingly pissed off both those nations as well.Lets hope the next admistration is more rational.

Whats the sense of forcing an apology for a whole country out of some kid in camo?

After several instances of Iranian "patrol boats" staging mock attack runs against US warships, then pretending they did not, the Navy has established protocols to meet that threat, including weaponry for "close in" engagements. Get too close and you get blown out of the water. There's an easy way for the Iranians to prevent that. Don't be ignorant themselves and give any US warship a wide berth. I'm not at all impressed with belligerent polemics about "who owns the Gulf." Talk as tough as you want. It doesn't really matter. you just look foolish. The US Navy is there to protect the flow of oil from the Middle East--not so much to the US, but to the rest of the world, especially Europe and the Far East. Did you drive your car to work today in Germany or Japan? You were allowed to do so because a US Carrier Strike Group was hanging around the Gulf. As long as the rest of the world can't seem to handle protecting the oil themselves and are quite willing to let the US do it, it falls on the Navy to do so. It doesn't really matter if you don't like it. Stay the hell out of the way.

I will advocate peace, my pleasure and thank you very much. Iranian navy has not broken any international law. so these patrols by the navy and the IRIGC are NOT going to stop. they will continue and Iran will continue to follow UNCLOS and International rules over transit in Persian Gulf and straight of hormuz.

this is of course if USN transits continues to be considered as "safe passage".

if you think you're above international law, go ahead and do your thing. drop your "bombs" and see who will regret this the most.
