Security cops got suspicious of a man dressed like a woman who was allegedly video-ing Women in the Lady's bathroom at a Macys store.

The "guy" is in custody and apparently will face stiff penalties if convicted.

There were witnesses that observed this.

California Man Dressed as Woman Busted for Videoing in Ladies Bathroom

A Palmdale, California, man wearing women’s clothing was arrested in a Lancaster Macy’s store after he was seen in a women’s bathroom. The man was allegedly videotaping women in the bathroom.

Jason Pomare, 33, was arrested over the weekend of May 11, 2013 after mall security officers learned he had been hanging out in a Macy’s department store women’s bathroom. The security guards contacted a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department (LASD) deputy who found the cross-dressing man in a mall storage area, NBC Los Angeles reported.

So it was his suspicious behavior that tipped off the security guards to his ILLEGAL behavior? Prior to all this "bathroom debate", this man did the same thing, right? Nice to know he was caught and will face charges. Criminals will ignore the law, regardless of what that law is or what signs are posted.

That might actually be relevant if it didn't happen back in 2013!!

More propaganda news.

How did he get in the ladies room prior to all this recent nonsense?

Hey look at that, a creepo was acting like a suspicious creepo and got caught. Looks like common sense and situational awareness prevailed. Now maybe the rest of us can use the bathroom in peace now that this loon is off the streets.

Next...

It goes without saying - if pervs and other social pariahs want to get a fix, no sign or law means jack. This asshole and people like him are the exact candidates who will take any advantage they can where vulnerabilities exist.

I'm glad the security guards nabbed the bloke, his actions were an utter assault on privacy, decency and respect.

You guessed the punchline !!!

I knew somebody would see the irony.

Do you even read the articles you post xue or do you just post anything and everything that seems to push MSM propaganda without thinking? The date of this guys arrest was 2013 according to the quote you posted.

You need to try harder because this is old news and only reinforces the fact that creeps will do what they want no matter what laws are or aren't in place and that this whole transgender bathroom issue is pure manufactured outrage.

Ah but parts of the story pertain to today's attitudes.

It's not a man "dressed as" a woman.

It's a man "identifying as" a woman which is now the same as a real woman.

SHE has every right to video all SHE wants in any crapper SHE chooses and you people will just have to deal with it.

Kidding of course.

Now do we see what the dangers of this restroom issue are folks?

Just stop.

Only now, a person that identifies and presents themselves as a woman can now openly enter a woman's restroom to relive themselves in peace (this also applies to man and men's room). They cannot be forced to use the inappropriate facilities for their appearance. The fact that this person, years ago, was videoing women in there was illegal then, and is still illegal now.

I fail to see the irony, as you put it.

There were no transgender restroom laws in place, yet the criminal was caught and arrested. This just illustrates how bathroom bills aren't needed, because the current laws already work.

No, it's not. Nobody is cool about some perv filming people in the bathroom.

Well, other pervs are cool with it but as far as regular people go, nothing has changed.

What I don't get is these pervs are aware of the Internet right??? Can't they just watch Internet Porn like the rest of the world???

You mean the attitude that a transgender bathroom law will somehow cause things like this? How can that be the case when it was already happening 3 years ago before any of this stupid nonsense was constantly being pushed by the MSM?

The fact is no law (or lack thereof) would have stopped this guy from doing what he did. Creeps have existed for a long time now, some dumb law isn't going to change that one bit.
