Wouldn't a preemptive sentencing and execution be more appropriate?

2nd line because it's the law!

bout 90% sure the 700 days refers to the useless congressional investigation... since the FBI didn't officially confirm the investigation till February of this year.

The Congessional Investigation was pertaining to Benghazi. They requested all information that the State Department had. The State Department didn't have all of the information (but the State Dept knew there was more), because Hillary never turned her emails over when she left the State Department.... Not they way things are supposed to be done.
The Congress learned about the private server because of the revelations of a hacker, Guccifer.

The State Department, the IG for the State Department and an IG for the Intelligence services has investigated the server issue.... it hasn't been the Congress on a 'witch hunt' and we need to stop that talk because it isn't right.

Obama also said there was "not a smidgen of corruption" in the IRS scandal.

When has he ever been right on something?

"Carelessness" is a wonderful quality for a potus, right?

And also a major violation in regards to the safeguarding of sensitive material. Had a debate over this yesterday, anyone else that displayed "Carelessness" at that level would have been removed from their job and security clearance revoked until the investigation was complete. But, it's Hillary were talking about who is in the pockets of the media, wall street, and big banks so different rules apply.

He's right though. It never did jeopardize national security so why say that he's lying when that's an obvious fact? The fact is that it COULD have jeopardized national security and the American people should know that this whole email thing exists because we have a right to question whether or not this person is incompetent, horrible at her job, and committed a crime. OP, if you want credibility then just tell it like it is.

DO IT! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO IT OBAMA!!!!!

If Obama pardons her, she cannot have a security clearance and this would prohibit her from being President!

Oh, God done to death the Hillary emails. Keep on keeping on the distraction from who and what she represents… the biggest war hawk there ever will be.

Haven't heard Trump go on one iota yet about her. He keeps stating… "I haven't begun to get into Hillary yet".

Edit: Nobody in the main stream has.

How do we know this?
How can Obama be sure of it?
Very early in her stint as Secretary of State, Hillary traveled to Beijing, China using her personal Blackberry... which was tied to her private homebrew server. We also know that her private server had no protection from even viruses at that point. All of this information has come out through the emails that have been released.
There is reason to believe that her Blackberry and server were compromised by a foreign government because of her carelessness during that trip. There was an email that indicated that our intelligence services had reason to believe that was the case.
So how do we know what may have been compromised?
It is possible that Chinese intelligence read every single email of hers in real time until she shut that server down.

Sure.

The FBI is still investigating aren't they.

While the FBI is not a partisan arm, it is being used as part of a witch hunt. Time and time again, after numerous investigations, each time Clinton has come through as having done nothing wrong. Now the FBI is compelled by the Republicans to look into such, the question is why now? Why not back in the first 100 days, or 200 or the first year? This investigation has gone on for over 700 days and what all has come out of it? The only thing so far is that Clinton has done nothing wrong and the person leading the charge has forged and doctored the evidence to try to find her guilty.

So how much longer will this go on for?

Sure just like many others here who hang on the nuts of one of the other candidates no matter what. Truth is they all suck badly, but this time seems particularly worse..the length of this campaign is retarded.

Yep.

And also - there is Guccifer. He posted Hillary emails on-line, and said in news interviews that he read them for hours every day.
If a low-level Romanian hacker had access to her server, who else did?
If foreign governments had access, they would keep it quiet, as it would be a gold-mine of information steadily coming in for them.

There would have to be a trial first. If they started today they couldn't get a conviction by election day. It would take months and months just for discovery and affidavits. Then a long trial. Something like that could take more than a year.

I am not sure where you are getting the Republican thing.
See below ( I highlighted the important part in red )

Late last summer, the director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, James Comey, met with John Giacalone, the bureau official responsible for everything from counterterrorism to counterintelligence across the U.S. Giacalone, a fireplug of a man who started out as a New York City field agent battling organized crime in the 1990s, wanted to brief Comey on a high-profile issue that had been referred to the bureau by the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community. Emails found on the private, unclassified server used by Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State contained classified information; Giacalone’s National Security Branch wanted to investigate how the secrets got there and whether anyone had committed a crime in the process. Comey was clear about one thing. “He wanted to make sure it was treated the same way as all other cases,” says Giacalone, who left the bureau in February.

Other interested parties might want to note that the FBI is investigating whether or not a crime has been committed.... not just checking out a server for fun.

Didn't the language of the whole piece just reek of right wing rhetoric? That whole page not just this article.
How on earth did you dig up an op-ed out of the south Bronx?

There's no source for that information. It's just once again opinion. No one is looking for a pre pardon because you're 100% correct that would look like guilt.

Just who asked for a pre pardon?

Who is? Gosh can't you guys see this story gives no real information? It's an opinion editorial piece. There's no Clinton supporters looking for a pre pardon. That would ruin her and her chances for the presidency.

Does this story say anywhere within it who these supposed supporters are? No not at all.

Go ahead and make it more than it really is.

What amazes is me is that, even though these Hillary supporters seem to believe that she will be indicted and the she probably did illegal things with her emails (and by extension, possibly put the nation's confidential and top-secret info at risk of hackers...as Secretary of State...), they STILL want to see her become president.

It's GD effin' mind-blowing.

But, there are a few things that are questionable.

If there is classified information on the server, then the FBI investigators are also breaking the law by reviewing such, as it would require someone with a security clearance to review and look at such. So that would be the question that would have to be answered and verified.

The next thing is this: Are they willing to go after the prior Secretary of States, before Clinton to double check on the private servers that they used? Or any in the Federal government as well? It seems like this has been a double standard ever since this all has come about, that Clinton is being held to one standard, while the others are getting a free pass, and it looks highly political.
