Darth Vader VS ______________ (enter Super-Hero here). Who can take down Darth Vader?

Ok, so my cousin and I were talking politics and he said something awful. "I would rather have a President Trump than any of the current alternatives" even though he doesn't really agree with him on all that much or even like him.

My reply was "I would rather have Darth Vader as President because at least I could hold on to the hope that he would one day bring balance to the Force"

This lead to some non-sense... but since Batman v Superman was released tonight we got to talking. We disagree on whether or not Batman could take down Darth Vader. I tend to think Batman has 0 chance against him. Even Superman would have a hard time and ultimately lose imo. But what happens when a light saber meets Superman's skin?

My Cousin argued hard that Batman being such an amazing detective would find a way since he beats superman a few times in the comics. But I think once he detected the throat choking from Vader its game over.

The questions are these....
Do you think Batman can take down Darth Vader?
Which superhero do you think has the juice to take down Darth Vader?

My opinion it would have to be a team up with a heavy hitter and someone with magic. Like Dr. Strange and Hulk.

As a supreme master of both technology and mysticism Dr Doom crushes Lord Vader hands down. Doom would just use his time machine and go back and wipe out the Skywalker lineage before it could even begin.

I would say luke skywalker, he basically did it already

none... my cousin and I decided it would be a bad idea of let any of the superheroes have any force-like powers they didn't already have. It would make the conversation silly

Having to deal with both the force and a bad ass light saber-ist is why I think there aren't many, if any, who can do it on their own.

Nope batman does not stand a chance, no dc character does, only marvel can, after all they both belong to Disney

If the light saber and body of him got some metal in it magneto would have no problem in manhandling vader

Hulk would smash poor little vader to pieces.

jean gray (not phoenix) would be a good matchup.

superman likely could, because of crap like lazer eyes, or whatever nonsense they heaped onto his toolkit

doomsday would be an interesting matchup

there are unknowns, like can vader "sense" nightcrawler? How imperious is adamantium to a lightsaber?
