Total isolation would be such a bummer. We'd miss out on all that great hentai porn, and cheap imported blenders.

But we'd have plenty of food, fresh water and fossil fuels.

Plus guns, 75% of all the movies and music, engineers who design and build things, and so on.

What we'd lack is the industrial capacity to mass produce new TV's, computers and blenders. But with an abundance of raw materials, and tens of millions of square feet of industrial potential and hundreds of thousands of machines which, you know, actually build other machines to build TV's, computers and blenders as well.

It might be an especially poor Christmas season, but we'd bounce back soon enough. especially given we'd have a mutual other to hate and spite by revelling in our isolation while hanging a nuclear sword of Damocles over the rest of the world in case anyone felt stupid.

One thing is for sure. They would have to try. But for it to function perfectly you have to get 300 million People to cooperate.
To get 300 million People to cooperate without conflicts are very poor odds. I dont think the government would take any chanses and would imidiatly start to confiscate what it needs to function and keep controll, before the People get their share.

Thousands or hundres of thousand of People would be Arrested because they are labled as a potential risk or hassard to government controll.

The government would inforce forced Labour to grow Food and other necesseties. It think it would look really bad.

In my opinion, no such measures would be necessary. There would be a lot of nationalistic ranting about the evil "rest of the world," and the people would just fall in line and do was I said they would do.

I mean, obviously -- it's much easier to control a willing population than it is a prison state. With a little over 1.5 million soldiers and cops of all stripes, it would be hard to pacify a population of 350 million from the inside. Especially with all of our guns.

No -- far easier to blame the rest of the world, and retool while maintaining a new "freer" status quo.

It will never happen. The world is to depended on eachother.


But if it did happen. The US would be devided, And since there are at least two major political parties. You would have two political camps blaming eachother for the mess. That in it selv is a indication that Things would not go to good for the population of the United States. There would never be a agreement to actually solve the problem. Because the one side would have to pay for their mistake.

You don't need all the armies on the planet to accomplish this.

Highly trained well placed high ranking double agents within the Military, coupled with suicide sleeper cells when activated use well placed ELF/microwave technologies INSIDE MILITARY BASES, to kill 70 to 80% of all Conus related military personnel, (most in their beds) sabotage infrastructure, power grids, roads, bridges, highways, poison major water & food supply/distribution networks, technologies used to retard, disorganize and destroy local, county, and state response. Man-made depopulation virus already within the majority through 30 plus years of Chemtrails activated to decimate the rest of the civilian population.

That is way to complicated to do succesfully.


If someone was to do a stealth attack that would really accomplish something really fast, they would take out every nucklear powerplant on the east coast around december/January. That would really create some hawock.

People would not get electrisity, fule for their cars and Communications would break Down. After a few days Cities like NY would shut Down completely and you would hav emillions of People roaming the streets looking for scraps.

what you overlook is that your own country is divided. The people have had enough. An attack by the rest of the world coupled with a propaganda war would probably succeed. Unfortunately being the biggest supporter of the terrorist state of Israel, Israel would probably use the Samson Option to protect the trough it feeds off. Won't be a pretty outcome for the world either way.

It is really only china and russia. China goes into instant depression the day they DOW america, where are they going to dump their goods? social unrest would consume china as it has many times before. Leaving russia. Russia is going to have a difficult time mounting a seaborne invasion.

Ever heard of trading amongst themselves? Why would they need to export in a time of War? You only need foreign exchange to pay your creditor nations. You forget that a country can issue war bonds like the US did during the world wars?

America fights wars with people they know they can beat on the ground with its military. America will try to avoid war with China or Russia because they know its an unwinnable war. Nuclear weapons it all you need to today to destroy America.
