Weather a new Ice Age or a Global Warming meme ,it's being supported by ...(Scientist) ...Makes a person wonder what Imperial Truth really means ...It's been a cool summer where I live this year . Last year was nice and warm ,so I guess the climate has changed ,at least from last year .

I hear that Soros has started buying Coal .I think he beat the market up to the point to help drive the market down to pick up shares to ...to ....make a buck ..

Glad you had a nice summer. The globe as a whole experienced the hottest month EVER recorded. July 2015 Hottest Month Ever Recorded

From the link ..

This meshes with data from NASA and the Japan Meteorological Administration released earlier this week. NASA said temperatures in July 2015 beat the previous record in July 2011 by .036 degrees.
by .036 degrees . I wonder how far back you could go to get that kind of accuracy .? They say "July was the hottest month worldwide since records began being kept in 1880," did they have the ability to record temps .000 degrees back then ? I am sure that even thermometers had a +- accuracy . I have a old one but you would be hard pressed to get that kind of accuracy . Even the new electronic ones vary ...just sayin eta it snowed in Calgary the other day ...just sayin

climate conspiracy theorists: YOU are the ones getting HOAXED

oh really, if the science is so overwhelming then why are you fighting a propaganda war

That was your take-away?
Really?

Where do you get anyone is fighting a propaganda war? That doesn't even make sense. Lets put it this way, even if the science were NOT overwhelming, lets say its underwhelming....the simple revelation the man is intimately connected on all fronts to fossil fuels should make most people suspect some kind of trickery is afoot. Forget the science or the evidence...that alone should raise a red flag and trigger an audit.

In a few hundred years humanity will use the internet as a snapshot of how people thought, They will look at the deniers as simpletons. People who can not see the wood through the trees.
Thats If we make it another few hundred years.

Sure they will, they will actually be looking at the pushers as useless fearmongers....who actually thought that by TALKING ABOUT CLIMATE CHANGE, somehow everyone would suddenly do what was right, and MORE !!!!

The deniers are actually the clear thinkers, for the most part, they are TELLING YOU, that MORE is going on with this than your stupid scientists are saying, and THIS is why nothing real is being done about it.

Have fun in your destroyed world, while muttering... "If only the deniers had stopped denying and changed everything for us" !!!

Oh, the evolutionists do not believe that this can be evolution either, it can only be the man made effects, gotta be all or nothing with you , this is why we SIMPLY DO NOT CARE ANYMORE.

Sad to see this thread is already being flooded with the usual denier BS....

Science is science yet despite all the data we have observed, despite all the fossil fuel shills that have been exposed we still have people claiming the scientists are being paid off by the government to support some global agenda meanwhile those same people ignore all the evidence that it is the fossil fuel industry are the ones pushing the agenda of doubt.

That is what this is all about. They know they cannot disprove the reality of human induced climate change, however they know they can cause the layman to have doubts, especially if they hammer down their arguments with political and emotional rhetoric.

The science behind man made climate change is clear. Only the willfully ignorant and paid shills beg to differ.

Let us know when you come up with what to do about it, you actually think you are getting a clear picture of all the data out there don't you ???

On a planet that has controlling interests at every turn, and perhaps some others too.

What the !!! Do you want from people anyways ????

A freaking revolution to go after FUEL companies ??

I would love to see what in the blazing world of heatwaves you want people to do about it.

I see some seriously powerless people, making a lot of noise, and actually telling us that we are a part of a coverup.

And yet these same people will say conspiracies do not exist.

Just follow the money:

The race for renewable energy has passed a turning point. The world is now adding more capacity for renewable power each year than coal, natural gas, and oil combined. And there's no going back.

The shift occurred in 2013, when the world added 143 gigawatts of renewable electricity capacity, compared with 141 gigawatts in new plants that burn fossil fuels, according to an analysis presented Tuesday at the Bloomberg New Energy Finance annual summit in New York. The shift will continue to accelerate, and by 2030 more than four times as much renewable capacity will be added.

"The electricity system is shifting to clean,'' Michael Liebreich, founder of BNEF, said in his keynote address. "Despite the change in oil and gas prices there is going to be a substantial buildout of renewable energy that is likely to be an order of magnitude larger than the buildout of coal and gas.”

So, to all the proponents of AGW.

What happened to the Ice Age predicted in the 1970's by the same types of reputable scientists ? We all agree that the climate is changing, just as it has for the past 4 billion years. I suppose that the Neanderthals caused the last Ice-Age by burning wood and blotting out the sun.

Only humans are arrogant enough to believe that we are the direct cause of the changes in climate that we see today. Not to worry though, a carbon tax will fix everything by taxing us into the Stone Age where we can start the next Ice Age.

Get over yourselves, we just aren't that important in the grand scheme of things.

Didn't take long for the tax to stone age comment to come out.
We cannot continue to exploit finite resources forever. We are changing the chemistry of the oceans and atmosphere as a result of industrialization. To deny this is ignorant, to pretend that we are not significant enough to change the climate is truly living with ones head in the dirt.

PS,
While a coming ice age was hyped by the media and a few vocal scientists, the majority of the experts were concerned about possible warming as a result of human industrialization.

What's the best way to fight industrial pollution? Keep industrializing.

The USA is many times cleaner now than it was decades ago. Not because of the EPA, but because of technological innovation. You only get that innovation from a robust and diversified energy and manufacturing sector. Reclamation technology is better. Mining and Filtering technology are better.

I keep hearing that Climate Zealots say that Climate Deniers are waging a 'War on Science'...

How about this: Climate Zealots are waging a 'War on Technology and Innovation'

We use the term climate denier because the merchants of doubt would keep using trash talking terms like chicken littles, the cult/religion of AGW, and so on.

Sure it is a bit playgroundish and immature, but it gets the point across.

Ignore science and base your beliefs on political rhetoric and straight up manipulation tactics or take the time to do the research and actually embrace the science and realize humanity faces serious issues as a result of our industrialization.

The Lord created the Earth in six days (day-seven was the Shabess) and therefore only He can alter its state.

Pollution is good. Single-passenger F-750 pick-ups for driving to McDonald's is a God-given privilege. Non biodegradable rubbish buried under the dirt is the Lord's will. DuPont knowingly dumping cancerous "C8" chemicals into U.S. waterways for the last half-century, is a divine right. Junk food and sugar engorgement are constitutionally enshrined.

God bless The Disunited Failed States of Gomorricah. Amen. †

Hopefully this gets through to some people. Unfortunately too many deniers are either trollish (the type that gets the hummer just to make treehuggers mad), so uninformed as to think that science offers an ideological choice or they're as trained as Pavlov's dog: Climate change? "Al Gore!" and promptly rewarded with an ego massage from any of the above.

Hearing someone bring up Al Gore in relation to a Climate Change debate is a quick way to confirm to me that you are a gullible fool that believes any propaganda that agrees with you.

I didn't see a linked thread, but my guess is that you are referring to the heavy industries ramping up their emissions before their baseline emission levels were measured, correct?

What is your case? What are you trying to prove?

Another opinion piece is supposed to be some kind of proof that man made climate change is some how a bunk theory?

Most environmentalists like myself think carbon credits are not a good solution to the problem. I personally think the best solution is to educate the masses on the problems man is causing the environment and subsequently the climate. The problem I see is so many wish to ignore the science and stick to the political rhetoric.

As I said, the science is quite clear that we are indeed causing changes to the climate. If you want to debate the science on this you will fail, that is why the denier sides uses political rhetoric and emotional talking points to get their point across. The layman is not well studied in science so this tactic works well for the paid shills who know damn well they can not win a scientific debate regarding science change. The know they by using proven manipulation techniques, they can confuse the layman with political rhetoric and hammer emotional points hence the constant reference to Carbon Credits being a scam to tax us more. That is play on one's emotions. We all hate more taxes, so it is easy to get one to associate negative emotions to Climate Change if the layman believes that climate change will lead to more taxes....

What-ever Jrod. It's a fact that the so-called proof presented by the IPCC was fudged in order make the theory of AGW meet the needs of the scientists. If you haven't heard about it, you should check your sources.

We will have to agree to disagree.

Haha...

So called proof???

Go outside and look at the changes man has made to the world. If you can not deduce that man is changing the world's environment(including the atmosphere) then no amount of data or proof will convince you.

Here are 176 common climate myths, each backed with sources to actual studies/publications:

Here we go again...

Of course the climate will change with or without us, but what some people fail to understand it's not about climate change in it's entirety but what our actions are doing to the climate.

When we wipe out yet another species of animal can we say that 'extinctions happen all the time''? Tell that to the Dodo and the Thylacine. We wiped them out.

Dehli was not covered in smog 200 years ago. Beijing was not covered in smog 200 years ago. That's not climate changes doing and yes the climate will change by itself but we are giving it a helping hand.

here is why I don't trust today's science:

Corrupting the Science. Corporations suppress research, intimidate scientists, manipulate study designs, ghostwrite scientific articles, and selectively publish results that suit their interests.

www .ucsusa.org

soooo... the question is who gets more money for the fakery? I bet on the alarmists (the doom porn) because they get such amount that dwarfs all the skeptics money together ten times...

also, if you observe alarmists behavior, for example Al Gore:

abcnews.go.com...

"If this were any other person with $30,000-a-year in utility bills, I wouldn't care," says the Center's 27-year-old president, Drew Johnson. "But he tells other people how to live and he's not following his own rules."

and not to mention how much CO2 alarmists emit during their private flights to climate conferences, any normal person would get the same conclusion...

anyway, nature doesn't care about the arrogant, all-knowing ape descendants,

like my favorite (recently deceased) comedian said:

"The planet is fine. People are f*cked"
