3. The video doesn't have to show body parts to show the activity. Clearly, the jury believed the motions were consistent with having sex, and that is enough. Even if it was simulated, which I doubt, the conduct was inexcusable. Either way, they deliberately displayed lewd behavior on a public beach. One child, several children, or all adults; it doesn't matter. A public beach is the wrong place for that.

I just saw where lover-boy had done eight years for a felony coc aine rap. You'd think he'd want to steer clear of any conflicts with the law. He might get the 15 years after all.

Nobody called this couples action on the beach a mistake. I said the guy made a mistake when he got got and sentenced for 8 years for a coc aine charge. Just to be perfectly clear.

4. Calling this a "mistake" only works as related to them being stupid enough to deliberately take the actions they took. They didn't, after all, accidentally fall on one another and start grinding, because they lost control of their bodies. They CHOSE to do what they did, which was to either have sex right out in public, or to pretend to, in order to see if they could get away with it. I suspect the former. Their mistake was behaving like animals, and assuming it would be excused.

It does in order to prove it happened. Being that not one witness nor the video can show they were actually having sex they have been convicted of what people "think" happened not what they can "prove" happened.
Unbelievable how people here who claim they seek the truth and want real justice find no problem with this.
Nobody cares about facts in this country anymore. It's all about "what they believe". Good job folks. You deserve every bit of Tyranny that is coming. Why??? Because someone believes you do and that's more than enough.

We are all animals, hence engaging in animalistic acts, natural acts. Not the right place for it but hardly as big of a deal as some such as yourself as making it out to be.

And "lewd" is in the eye of the beholder. What's lewd one place isn't another. Don't let legislation fool you. a few examples.

Cannibalism is actually only outlawed in one of the 50 states. However, you might consider that worse behavior than a couple dry-humping, although that's an assumption on my part.
In Mississippi it's illegal to curse in front of two or more people in public. Can land you in jail. You ever done that? Oh the humanity, what about the children.
It's illegal to play bingo in North Carolina for over five consecutive hours. I can't imagine all the senior citizens across the country who dare to break such a standard.
All sex outside of marriage is illegal in Virginia. Hope you never engaged in such an act, or any of your acquaintances in life prior to tying the knot. That would only be a "mistake" because anyone doing it was stupid enough to engage in such an act. Hey, I learned that line of thinking from you. Cool.
And as for Florida, it's actually illegal for unmarried couples to live together. Oral sex is also illegal, for everyone.
Wow, all these people committing acts legislators have deemed offensive. What's wrong with these people. Or maybe, just maybe, people should stop having such asinine reactions to acts which don't harm others. Grow some thicker skin.

Speak for yourself. I am certainly not an animal. Human beings were created n the image of God, and given dominion over the animals. We should not behave like them.

Does anyone even care that not one witness nor the video taken of this couple showed them actually having sex???
It showed them gyrating with her on top. Nobody could say they saw penetration or genitalia at all. They thought they were having sex and presumed they were, but can't prove they were at all.
They couple denies they were having sex and said they were just grinding a little.
I don't believe their suits were off either. Meaning no sex. Just inappropriate affection in public.
Doesn't that mean anything???
