A report by the organization, "The Price of Prisons," states that the cost of incarcerating one inmate in Fiscal 2010 was $31,307 per year. "In states like Connecticut, Washington state, New York, it's anywhere from $50,000 to $60,000," he said.
Yes - $60,000 a year. That's a teacher's salary, or a firefighter's. Our epidemic of incarceration costs us taxpayers $63.4 billion a year.

What you are is unaware of science. You most certainly are an animal.
Your personal views on religion however are personal, no need to push them on others. And I'm not speaking for you, you're free to deny the fact we're all animals. But here we again have a religious zealot taking the "my way or the highway" approach and pushing that crap on others.
BTW, nowhere in your holy book does it say dry humping on a beach is lewd behavior.
What you might consider this:
Matthew 7:1-5
“Judge not, that you be not judged. For with the judgment you pronounce you will be judged, and with the measure you use it will be measured to you. Why do you see the speck that is in your brother's eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when there is the log in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother's eye.
That is, if you're into religion and all that jazz.

Seriously.. you would think it just fine for a couple to go to a McDonalds playground and have sex?
Because this is the exact same thing.. people take their kids to the beach to go play, just like they would a McDonalds playground..
This was a family beach.. same as McDonalds has a family area and playground for kids..
If you think its okay to just decide to up and be rutting animals in public in front of other people's kids, then there is something wrong here..
In the end - leave my children and the raising thereof to me, I don't let my kids watch porn.

Chalk this up for yet another reason to not visit America on vacation.
The list of reasons is getting pretty long now.

You are completely insane to think that fits the crime. You don't give a damn about what true justice is or the concept or meaning behind "burden of proof". You think your opinion should hold more weight than actual factual evidence and have not one ounce of mercy at all. To think that 15 years in prison for simulated sex in public is just is pure insanity on par with burning women for being witches without any proof other than someone's opinion.
If I go around with a 1) drone with cam on it on a Beach, or, 2) any kind of camera on a beach you can bet your buttocks I will be arresed and locked up as a sex pervert.
