Im in Europe and here things are different
but i am a bit unsure
i was convinced maximum president reigns are 2 consecutive runs right?

is there anyway obama can over-rule that and run for a third one

if he did and was succesful it would be a disaster

this guy is so out of touch with the reality of extremist islam that he should be fired
can he even be fired?

he single handedly is causing thousands of deaths by withdrawing troops and releasing terrorists all the time!

Yes, Obama can and probably will dissolve congress and the house sometime early next year; at which point, with no one left to impeach him he can run for a third term unchallenged and issue in the thousand year reign of socialist amerika.

Nope, two terms max for President.
We need term limits for the Senate and Congress too. And a few other rules, like being part of a large corporation and other disqualifiers

Yes, it is called impeachment and we may have to do it.

I had hoped that it would not be necessary so that the whole of the failed policies of progressive interventionists, given the maximum amount of time, could be completely refuted to the satisfaction of even the most obstinate but still rational mind.

No he can not go for a third term, regardless of what people are saying.

He can be impeached, but that process is not for not doing the job up to the standards of people that can't be bothered with him no matter what.

He followed the withdraw date that was set up by the admin before him, even extending one of the dates to hold more troops there longer.

Iraq also was not interested in a new status of force agreement which our troops need to be protected by the sovereign nation we were occupying.

Just curious, where are you getting your info from outside of ats on these issues?

Uh... none of this is true. Obama's reign as presidency will be over after 2016. He cannot run no matter how much he'd like to. Don't listen to anyone who tells you that he will, because they clearly don't know how our government works.

By the way, he can't be fired. Only impeached and impeachment requires criminal action. There is no evidence that Obama is complicit in breaking the law though, so he can't be impeached.

PS. If you think Obama is the worst President we've ever had, then I've got a bridge to sell you. Obama as a President would probably have just wound up being an average President if it wasn't for him being black.

Obama will only serve 2 terms as President. He will however, take over the UN and move towards world domination with his community organizing, Saul Allinski worshiping, Kenyan, Marxist, Socialist, Communist, Muslim Anti-Christ army once he is finished with the US.

To me, it looks like Jeb Bush will be the POTUS. Like his brother said,

No. He can never run again.

Twenty-second Amendment to the United States Constitution

Section 1. No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once. But this article shall not apply to any person holding the office of President when this article was proposed by the Congress, and shall not prevent any person who may be holding the office of President, or acting as President, during the term within which this article becomes operative from holding the office of President or acting as President during the remainder of such term.

Section 2. This article shall be inoperative unless it shall have been ratified as an amendment to the Constitution by the legislatures of three-fourths of the several states within seven years from the date of its submission to the states by the Congress.

As others have said he is limited by law to two terms as president. However, it should be noted that he was limited by laws on immigration too but he warned that he has "a pen and a phone" so is under the impression that he can do as he pleases because he sees the law of the land as "broken" where immigration is concerned.
I've been hearing this rumor "He won't step aside...." since Clinton was if office so ....I think he will happily hand it off to Hildabeast.
