I go with the brain fart theory...........you may have mixed the time zones or failed to account for daylight savings?

I'm going to try and put this in a way that is not rude because I don't wish to be so. Day light savings was two months ago, I was watching the time on the cable box explicitly not to miss my show, and some how an hour disappeared in an instant.

I know it doesn't make sense, I know it sounds weird, it's freaking me out.

DOnt take my words in a wrong way please, but i have a friend who was experiencing the same things, but the missing times everyday become bigger and bigger, until one of those times it was about 4 hours, actualy one of those times, me and my sister went to her house, and since i have a key we got in, she was still like a statue almost, we talked to her, shaked her and nothing. She was breathing and with her eyes open, we took her to the urgency at the hospital. when she woke up a few hours later she doesn't remember anything, for her it was still lunch time, it was like "lost time"; she was diagnosed a brain tumor, in a very specific part of the brain, wich is very dificult to take by cirurgy, so she is medicated, and those events of lost time ended. If that happens again you should go to the doctor, anywat i hope it was a prank from a friend.

Your pizza would not be warm if you lost an hour. ....what time does your cell phone say? And your microwave....Does it match the tv....it's probably a tv network glitch .

You'd think I would have ended up on the floor or something like that. I didn't.

They all read the same time, an hour later than it should be. According to my brain anyway.

Are you in anyway a psychic or channeler, or anything of that nature? I know that sounds weird, but maybe you went Into a trance due to spirits or ghosts?

That is pretty eerie. Your pizza was still hot. Maybe the cable or local tv network messed up.

I have one of those digital clocks that goes off the super duper atomic clock in Colorado. Sometimes even though I have it set to my local time zone, it will jump around. I also have a radio that does the same thing.

Kinda scary, your situation. You should monitor if this happens to you again.

And the GOT episode was amazing! Sorry to rub it in.

I used to do it for a living. However I haven't practiced it in years and you'd think if I were needing to know something, I'd remember what it was. This is very disturbing.

i can tell that alot of those don't get that it has NOTHING to do with messed up clocks!
(sorry, i felt your frustration)

having said that did you ever consider the phenomenon that happened to you kept the pizza warm?

or maybe your body did?

were you sweating? did your hand look as red as a beet?

ETA: were your legs sore? stiff? did you gasp for breath?

GOT starts at 9pm on Sundays every year here in the east. I walked to the kitchen at 8:57 grabbed my slice, walked back to the living room Sat down to eat and watch, pulled up the channel guide and noticed that in the time it took to go to the kitchen and back, my show was now over. Simple as that!

None of the above, normal feeling, normal health, as far as I know. Slight case of heart burn from the pizza but other than that, all seems to be sop

It's nice to see someone else experiencing this for a change. Slips in time. Just accept it as normal that time is not a constant everywhere, it can travel at different speeds.

Not necessarily. I have a brother in law and a nephew that can have seizures while doing many things and not recollect it. They aren't always like you see on tv. Someone that appears to be daydreaming can be having a seizure without any outward signs at all.

I was in no way trying to make light or be funny. I was being serious. I have had time slips myself, but none that left something like your warm pizza so I could always talk my way out of it logically... whether it was or not.

Have you been doing any extra-curricular activities tonight?

That's a cheap shot. That's why many people who have odd experiences don't share them. It's like those old movies where an alcoholic bum sees a UFO and throws his bottle down. It is understandable, but a little insulting to someone who is honestly describing an experience. If you can give me an example of anyone having odd time slips or seen UFO's because of a chemical they ingested, I would be more than interested to hear about it.
It is very frustrating when the first thing someone asks is "What were you smoking?"when trying to relate these subjects.

I didn't take your post to be sarcastic in any way, I appreciate the plausible explanations. I'm just having a hard time rapping my head around this.

Perhaps the networks/electronics corporations are trying to force you to buy a TV recording box.

Time Storms....

ebookstorm.com...

I have both lost and gained time.

Time is not a "thing"....it's a construct of our minds to make sense of our environment.
