Then Right Sector militants came.

Nothing exact was said in this video, it's mostly report of casualitites. However at the end of the video, the speaker guy says that they chose all new ministers by themselves. This means there is another government forming in Lugansk right now.

This is unfolding in Ukraine, not good. It's an excuse for Russia if they want to pop in.

ETA- Doubt WWIII yet, NATO will do nothing. We will see more sanctions.

These current numbers are citizens of Lugansk. We don't know the death toll of the Right Sector yet, but I guess this information will soon be on Ukrainian MSM.

The bad thing is I'm not sure if the west can put more sanctions on us without hurting themselves.

True, but there won't be WWIII over it. If Russia decides for some unknown crazy reason to advance on Kiev and start making Poland really nervous we might see NATO involvement. So far though, NATO has shown their lack of action. The most we will see is more talking, maybe new sanctions that will probably hurt both sides. It's clear NATO does not want a conflict with Russia.
