Beautiful pics, did you liked Venice and was the wind right ( no stinking air) ?

I have the face that has sunk a thousand battle ships. I have also been told that I would be best served using it as a doorstop. Hellen Keller once described me as the ugliest person she has ever seen.

I read an article a couple of years ago how Italy has a plan to prevent the city from sinking, to build something under the city, they don't want to lose one of their main tourist attractions. It will cost them a lot of money, but it will be worth it.

But just in case, I took some pictures. LOL

Rainbow The 2nd photo is very nice. I forgot about Venice sinking...
I've only been there once & I was 16 yrs old on a tour with
a band. I was very surprised when I visited the canals & had lunch...the bloody
bus boy was throwing all the trash in the canal! I also got bed bug or flea bites
from the hotel in Venice.
I do love Italy...a good friend of mine from Sardinia would bring me
incredible salt when I was still living in CA.

Jarring Welcome & very nice art work. I am totally new & artist
want to be...(musician) so I appreciate your explanation of what you did.

Too the rest of me mates...sorry I was a little off last night...I was on burn
out & had 1 too many martini's! Note to self...do NOT visit the web unless
you have on gloves or duct taped fingers...

Thank ALL of you for your support & criticism. I guess I should have posted
the before King & Queen along with the final for feed back. One thing I definitely
need to revisit is coloring....I know there are short cuts...everything my new A$$
did was by hand...took for ever! Yes I know you are all probably LYAO but at least
I hope I was able to entertain you for at least a second!

thanks and yeah, i'm not one to keep secrets, so whatever i can do to help influence any creative minds, i'd be more than happy to give what i know.

Thank you Rainbow! I didn't even think about the colors being strong...
I will note that for future. I think that because of all the king of hearts the
colors were so prominent that i just automatically went with the flow, however
that could be totally wrong for artistic expression. I need to open me mind.

This was such a sweet learning opportunity for me since I cannot watch &
participate in a tutorial at the same time. I had watched so many I finally
hit burn out & actually forgot some awesome tricks...meaning I did not need
to spend bloody hours coloring each pixel...

I have to think positive & I was able to experience coloring, layers(as every color or
change had it's own layer) editing, resizing, & learned not to save as JPEG but PNG.

Another thing I figured out was when CTRL Z stopped working, I took color samples
from the same area & covered what would no longer disappear. AND YES CTRL Z is
my best friend! (BFFT!)

Okay so not too many Martinis & actually would prefer a nice Single Malt Scotch
with a fabulous Cigar...the cheap ones are for fishing...LOL!

Problem is PS has now become a bloody addiction! I have not participated in the
online classes for web design since I came here. I keep telling myself that I also
need to know art programs & this is the best one to know...blah blah...I actually
do not know but it cannot seem to hurt.

I trying to learn web design so I can work for myself & not doing ER Vet Tech stuff
any more...been doing it since 1995 & I want to work for myself now. So any help
with that I would be extremely thankful for & to not derail our fabulous thread
please feel free to u2u me any time regardless of subject.

I am scared to preview as my post just disappeared AGAIN...I really wish there
was some kind of recovery. It truly sucks when you are writing from the heart
& hit a wrong button or whatever the reason, it BLOODY SUCKS! When you re-write
the whole message & especially the feelings behind it are all lost...often I just stop..
enough...not worth trying to regather the moment. So I apologize if something doesn't
make sense or is misspelled. Damn I think I need another drink just for the extra stress.

Google a program called Lazarus. There are a few similar ones around. The other option is to use notepad to write the message and then copy and paste.

I think more like a comedy skit show aka Benny Hill based on all the ATS characters.

A book, perhaps not. A collection of short stories might work.

Although a doom porn book where ATS saves the world would be fun if done properly without the really cheesy and stupid, "Uploading virus to Alien computer in 5,4,3,2,1."
