If US, Russia, China get involved in a war, there will be lots of peace within 24 hours of the confrontation. And that too without using any nukes or other WMDs. I will stop at this juncture of weapons information. MAD scenario is soooooo much more true today than it was in 1980s.

This is true... but you know, military strategy of course is going to attempt to out think this scenario...making the objective to be the one who destroys the other side first... so either one side would have to be able to counteract a massive nuclear attack, as in disabling them or we'd see a lot of large explosions up very high above the ground... or the show would go down in a very short period of time like you mentioned.

If a nuclear attack became the resort... it would be a massive attack lead by the opposer. It would have to be... hard and fast and not giving the other any more time to retaliate then it had to... because it would hit back hard.

But I think this government is dumb enough to make an isolated attack on itself.... blame it on someone else as that country just has a "WTF" moment after it gets blamed. some of the public would fall for it.... and it wouldn't have to be a large scale attack... because there would really be no one to retaliate, except the one who attacked itself and blamed another who had not even attacked them. What would they do? Go ahead and launch a real attack and say "screw it... if we are going to get blamed for it"... I mean really, what would a country like Russia or China do if we blew up one of our cities and blamed it on them. I think that would be a hard question to answer.

I was thinking Russian weapons, not US. If the Russian forces were to use them, they wouldn't be very effective against our ships.

Man you guys are really reaching. This attack is going to be a lot of nothing .Looks like it will indeed be a small strike:

From RT news:

"another official briefed on a potential strike told the Los Angeles Times that the White House may opt for an attack "just muscular enough not to get mocked," but one that wouldn’t be severe enough to warrant a response from Syrian allies Iran and Russia.

"They are looking at what is just enough to mean something, just enough to be more than symbolic," the Times quoted the source as saying."

I'll go on one step further and say there won't even BE an attack.

Obama will back down and give some empty warning like "Don't do it again or else.."

Man doom porn lovers are really getting their fix on this one

Why should the USA always be the one to do this?

The reason the US are willing to do this is because they are the frontrunners for a NWO.

The US have built up a military force large enough to to this.

LISTEN TO THIS GUY... Jay Carney

He's not as bad as listening to John Kerry describing the videos of the gas attack like he's trying to write a horror novel and do everything he can to paint the pictures into to the minds of everyone who has not watched it yet...and you can feel the intent fuming off of him. They wanted us so badly to see this... to be appalled.... to get behind them. I swear that man is a walking soulless zombie. trying to make it sound like it shocks and pains him... as he repeats over and over the morbid details. Yes, we all need to see it. We didn't need an acclaim of it like what you'd see on the inside flap of a best seller.

Ok, first of all Jay... ITS CALLED A WAR ZONE.

What? Really? They got shot at? By unidentified snipers? And that terrible regime had been doing what? Fighting the rebel attackers in that area? You gotta be kidding me! And you mean that the regime has full control over their CWs... why they must be the only one's left in the entire world with CWs. I guess that's the only reasonable possibility left! Oh, and as you were hearing those explosions, there were rebels "escorting" the UN investigators... so they are automatically the good guys and the unidentified shooters you couldn't see are automatically the regime because no one would ever play "good cop, bad cop"

We'd be better off having some pimps and dealers trying to sort this out.
They know all about wearing fake smiles.

Look man.... If some guy on the internet were to start talking to you about your wife in an intimate way are you really the type to just immediately file for divorce? You sound like a school kid that is being bullied online and can't see his attacker and just believes whatever the person says about his identity.... and just falling for whatever troll is handed to you. I hate to have to make such a silly example but even those of us who haven't seen a lot of insanity in our lives.... even the sheltered among us who have never had anything but office jobs know that things are not always as it seems.... even if we just half ass learned it from chatting on the internet. have you been living under a rock or something?

watching this video is really making me mad. Do they really think everyone is that dumb?

they are doing such a HORRIBLE job at making this convincing, I have to consider they must be trying to throw it.

I can't believe how idiotic all this seems.

Here's how they must be deciding what is really going on in syria.

"well, gee Bob... This place sure is a dump. No wonder the people are frustrated with the leadership. Just look at the condition of the infrastructure, it's worse than detroit. It's kind of hard to tell what's going on with all that noise in the background. It must be terrible to live here. HEY LOOK, there's a guy shooting from behind that wall. Now he's running to that other building. He's wearing camouflage trousers so that's definitely gotta be one of the military guys. Ok, that settles it. Let's go find a Starbucks"

I mean what the hell, people.

This is some of the worst acting I have ever seen.

How am I supposed to convince myself these people are not desperate for a global war?

Did they just find the mother load of stupid pills, then?

Well put! That sums up what it seems to be like. The non allied nations absolutely know before anyone else; they understand the dynamics of that part of the world, and that particular war during that particular day so well they can say for certain who did it and why. No investigation needed.

The investigation is underway in any case so good thing for that. If right on this one that still doesn't mean it was right to jump to conclusions and then try to justify that by selling those convictions to the masses like you sell a global warming campaign. There are immediate and lasting consequences for something like this. The only evidence I have heard to justify their decision was "no one else has them and the area they were let off was where they would want it let off" Hmmm. Sounds like enough for me - let's do it.

We already know about the spying they do - they could have used this to justify their stance but can only give circumstantial evidence to stir more up in a part of the world we still do not fully understand (an may never fully understand). That place looks a lot like hell to me. Its beyond tragic yet no one knows quite how to help them except to add more bombs and weapons into the mix (sending them over as donations or target practice).

the snag occurred when everyone jumped to the conclusion an attack was imminent, when in reality it was no where close to that. The snag occurred when people assumed, which is the problem...

Yep and when said strike wasnt imminent the snag ocurred because the longer it takes to play out, the less likely it is going to happen. Obama was ready to jump earlier this week then things went downhill.

So what went wrong the other 3-4 times chemical weapons were used and no strikes occurred?

Is there a magic number?

Both US and Russia have the capability of destroying the whole earth even after 99% of their military might has been taken out of the equation. So first strike or retaliatory strike just does not matter.

So US vrs Russia war at this time is a no win situation for either side.

There is certainly more to it than the number of people killed. No one in the West batted an eye when a million innocents died in Africa when the Hutu tribe massacred the Tutsi tribespeople using machetes.

This certainly smells of some globalist agenda, IMO.

The UN led forces present in country did make an attempt to take action, only to be told by the UN the actions they wanted went beyond their mandate.

So if the US/ West had intervened there it would have been ok? Even without UN approval / mandate?

And the US has SeaRAM now, which has shown in testing it's more than capable of taking those out. The early model Block I was tested on targets similar in size up to Mach 2.5, maneuvering, flying in trail, sea skimming, diving, every realistic scenario they could come up with, and scored 10 out of 10 hits. The Block II which improves the seeker, and kinematics is expected to be operational any time, and is doing just as well if not better in testing.

Correct. This strike was planned ages ago. This is no rush job. It's all quite calculated. Obama moving his chess pieces - UK, France - in advance.

Now it is very clear that the fabricated outrage is only to fool people.

If the outrage at the deaths was genuine, the reaction would have come swiftly.

This itself proves that the attack was staged.
