Looks like a brick arch of some sort to me. The right side has an extra "step" but surely that's not what we're looking for?

But its not "symmetrical". A butterfly is symmetrical, this is lopsided.

My guess is that it is somewhere in Arizona or New Mexico the American south west area.

Where in the blue hell do you see three pillars in this image? Pillars are free standing objects that support a an object from below. I do not see any pillars. There is an arch, but there do not appear to be any structures that could be reasonably described as pillars.
