The basics are

1. Look for funny shaped rocks on Mars.
2. Speculate on the super-natural but deliver your speculations with conviction so that other's actually think you know what you're talking about
3. Make fun of fuzzy photos of Big Foot.
4. Rail about how bad a job Obama is doing.
5. Look for Illuminati symbols in children’s movies.
6. Blame religion
7. When in doubt; Aliens

Welcome to the family. The basics are read carefully, reply objectively, argue the issue, not the person. Respect everyone. Nutshell version
. After that, have fun, prepare to learn many many things, a surprising number about yourself.
, or at least that is how it has been for me.
