Honestly I was expecting to be able to say CGI but it definitely does not appear to be so.. The objects flight path and maneuver is very strange. Seems it is definitely checking out whats happening on the ground.

I'm going to go ahead and say helicopter. Pretty sure that's what it is.
That looks like a drone to me. I think the people who say a drone can't maneuver like that are confusing it with a military grade long distance high
altitude drone.
Also, a helicopter can absolutely make every maneuver in that video.

Well it definitely isnt a helicopter. If this object is a drone it is a highly classified latest generation one. The known drones simply don't move
the way that this object does. This thing hovers like a copter then cuts at high speeds, I don't know of a object that does this. I wouldnt go as far
to call it a ufo but atthe very least in my opinion its a way above top secret military project.

This is the single most convincing piece of evidence I have
seen on this topic to date. No flying craft known to man is capable of movement
in the way exhibited by the object in the video and anyone seriously suggesting
that its a helicopter must be posting for ##### and giggles, right?

You are absolutely wrong....it is probably a police drone which can and do move like that.
Edit: I found tons of videos in 5 seconds and a kit for 250 bucks...

known to myself behave. The very illumanence of the object itself is of great significance as
not many of these known objects will appear as a great ball of light in a night sky.
Thirdly - A few video clips of RC helicoptors in no way is irrefutable evidence of anything,
as the ones you have proposed or any known drone type craft are in no way capable
of the flight path at the relative velocitys of the object in the OP..
