It does look like an RFID security card though. I have several in my truck that are used to open gates and access computers for loading.

Government ones and national lab cards tend to look like CAC cards if you work there, otherwise you get the Scarlet Letter V is for Visitor cards.

My RFID from work is a dongle on my keychain, there's another in my wallet to ass-whack the reader if my hands are full.

That's interesting, however that is the only place I've ever worked at that was government, so my experience in such matters is rather limited.

Are you concerned they can get to you like this? I do not deny what you say is true as i have myself encountered these operatives once before and non-tech assisted telepathy seems to be able to confuse these guys more than they could confuse me. Another story for the "fantasy" section though

OK, so let's assume (and this is a pretty monumental stretch given the simple things you have been caught out on at this stage) that this is genuine. What purpose does it serve to control people in this way? To what ends do they do this for? I know the answer is going to be false flag events and so on, but really why would the government (or whoever is doing this) do so?

Again, why do this? There is more than enough division among people and enough of a social divide that controlling people in such a way is really pointless. The system they have right now seems to be working just fine.

I think our species does sh1t simply because we can. Doesn't have to be any good reason other than pushing the boundaries of what we know. If you wanted to defend yourself from "others" who know this trick you would need to practice and develop this technique. Maybe that is why this is being done who knows. I know of at least one other country that does this but i wouldn't limit it to just two nations involved. They are more like mosquito's compared to what is out there. I wonder how many aneurisms are a result of this practice though.

Everyone potentially has this ability. Just need to get blood flowing to the right areas of the brain to enter the world of "crazy". My educated guess tells me that they grab people who have achieved this to some degree, find out where in the brain the party starts and then stick implants in people who have not achieved this to activate that area. Like i said just my guess.

I don't think he's saying that they use psychic/esp/etc things to control others. I think he's saying that they use psychological/etc techniques to control others remotely.

In other words, they're using science, not hocus pocus, to influence the actions or behavior of others. In this case, they're trying to do it without being noticed.

Some of the attempts have failed and some people have got hurt or killed.

I don't know whether this story is true or not, but why let facts get in the way of a good story? Sometimes I wonder what it would be like to make up a story and act like it's true.

But then I realize I could never lie to that extent. Some people can, though.

And then there're those people who're so irrational they believe their own story. Sort of like how a religious person might swear that somebody else was demon possessed.

They have TV's and mainstream media for physiologically controlling people. I am only speculating as to what the OP is referring to though. However if you think telepathy is "hocus pocus" then you are one who could be easily manipulated by the effects. Do not think of it like remote controlling people but more like putting things in there head and pushing them around until they are walking in the line you want them too. Then again this is just my take on things i am certainly no specialist in the subject and haven't excluded that it could be spontanous hallucinations

It's always about control, control of your mind. Why? For the same reason a farmer doesn't kill all his cows at once, he keeps breeding them for hamburger production; the concept of renewable harvesting.

It's the same with humans, except humans are uniquely different than animals, even more powerful and valuable, in that they can follow orders; or more accurately: subliminal messages and can perform more sophisticated tasks.

I honestly don't know what their "true" agenda is, or end-goal; my best guess is very much NWO stuff. They want you as their working class slaves. Money just greases the wheels; to them money is otherwise useless.

When they want to influence a large populace, radio signals and tv signals is a large part of it, they also use billboards, emails, newspapers and snail mail to broadcast whatever they are pushing. Basically anything that can send out a message.

and that's only the tip of the iceberg.

Take a look at the "economic collapse" for example, they like it when they can charge you 20% on your credit card and only give you 1% back on your savings accounts and additionally tax you at 50% (income + sales).

If you were actively employed right now, you wouldn't be on ATS; I'll tell you that right now. ( you used present tense? )

It also depends on which floors, rooms, you are on or in when regarding security. All elevators go up and down; you just stick your card into the reader to activate the elevator so they can keep track of movements.

Ballam, finger prints are old school. You use a thumb print along with facial recognition to access certain rooms.. The thumb is really only used for vitals and a backup access means.. If your heart beat isn't detected, the door won't open.
