Great coverage guys and gals. While I may have my own opinon about the outcome of this race, diebold aside and all, we've made our choice.

and why edwards? why not kerry? does this not look a bit weak on their side? at least it was not a concession speech. short, but to the point.

Obviously they don't seem willing to except the results of some of the Batleground states. We WILL see another legal challenge to this election.

I don't know what kind of legs it will have with Bush leading the EC and popular vote at this point.

Isn't that number of voter turnout even more alarming knowing that figure though? That's a lot of freakin' people! Maybe more than 50% of that 100,000,000 difference DID vote and... *poof* gone. didn't count. just speculation.

It's a good 1/3 less than 280 million, I believe. You must meet the following criteria to be an elegible voter:

-a U.S. citizen
-a citizen of the State you're voting in (or a citizen of D.C.)
-over the age of 18
-not a convicted felon currently serving time in prison or on parole (once you've served your time, you can vote again)
-not in a mental institution

So, no foreigners, children, criminals or insane can vote. Also, a person's vote can only count once, in one State. No bribing votes is allowed either.

Naa, there are a lot of people who still don't vote, and the election is still going.

The elections in years past have been more or less the same, going back to Kennedy at least. Let me get the article again.

FNC talking about a lower voter turnout in NM this year. What they are missing is one nasty snow storm that keep people from the poles. Many roads closed here today, and snow throughout the morning. 4 years ago we had the same thing. Except then it went to Gore by 366.

No but he is reporting objectively. Sure he was on Team Dem. for the Campaign 2004, but it's over now, and the results are the resulats, and the statement made by Edwards did lead one to conclude that the Kerry Camp is going to fight the results. I would have to concure with him on this asssumption.

Oh yeah, I was team Centerist, and don't have a dog in this fight.
