I contacted the person that filmed the trails. The time was approximately 1:30 pm (18:30 UTC) (Eastern Standard Time = UTC / GMT difference -5
hours)
From the YT upload
There were no planes or jets seen!!! Maybe human space waste but what seems to be an afternoon meteor shower (but not speeding up?) seen from
Philadelphia suburbs on February 18th, 2013. These are headed south, similar to the Russian meteor but opposite to that of the 2012 DA14
asteroid.
At the time of the filming you can see a cluster of aircraft using upper air route J75. See link to Sky Vector showing the routes around Philadelphia.
The cluster of aircraft passing through during 1330 EST (1830 UTC) and producing contrails is likely to be what was filmed? Flight Radar 24 has
limitations and not every aircraft is recorded.

Click on following link and zoom in on the map. These aircraft are using upper air route J75 at the time of the sighting. These are probably some of
the aircraft producing the contrails as they utilise J75? Considering the amount of air traffic at the time in the area there is no way that pilots,
crew and passengers are not going to miss claims of 'meteors' in the sky.
