How to tie modern events into a book about terrorism and 9/11?

So, I don't know if this is the correct forum to post this in, but I couldn't find a more relevant forum to post it in. I hate self promotion, so I won't put the link to my project where I have the details.
But, essentially, I started an IndieGoGo project for my conspiracy theory book. I've got about 200 pages into it, comparing official stories with many of the popular conspiracy theories that can be found here and other sites. I've done a few months of ground research, going from people in the FBI and CIA, getting opinions. I got in touch with the writer of the Able Danger program.

In short, I've done quite a lot but I feel as if my book is missing a key factor. I don't know how to keep the book relevant. I've tried to correlate it to current events and acts of terror, government coverups, and anything else that I can find relevant. However, it still seems like I'm missing something. I really need help here, guys.

After 911 the US Government decided that it could kill civillians.

They bombed government buildings in Iraq. They have been killing non combatant civillians with collateral murder ever since.

You can link to the ongoing 'War on Terror' that is used to steal taxpayer money to fund military adventures around the world.

There is a direct link between 911 and innocent Pakistani civillians being murdered by US drone strikes.

I know Clinton killed civillians with the whole Kosovo thing before all this but 911 marked a ditinct shift in the way it was handled. Now its just accepted for the most part for some demonic reason.

During WWII the Air Force (then still part of the Army) conducted an incendiary bombing campaign against
Japan

B 29 bombers using thousands of incendiary bombs burned 60 of Japan's principal cities to the ground

Often with massive casualties to the civilian population

Check out the air raid on Tokyo on night of March 9-10 1945. Here 325 B 29's burned out 16 square miles
of Tokyo

Casualties were estimated at 83,000 dead (its considered a low estimates, some give figures of 100,000 to
125,000 dead)

More that the nuclaear weapons in Hiroshima or Nagasaki
