It's actually more right wing when you think about it. Studies have been done that the children who were the biggest tattle tales , grew up to be
conservative. Children who are smothered and breastfed way long after they should be like three, grow up to be conservative. So, this is fascinating
to watch. I am just shocked i stumbled across this right now. I can add it to other things. It also explains the guns. They think they are toys and
they don't want Mommie "The Government" to take them away. It's all coming together now. I will keep reading. This is fascinating.
It probably is. The problem I have with this board is that 'American politics/practically everything =/= the rest of the world'. To me, America's
idea of a 'left wing' is still fairly hard right and fairly meaningless in the sense that most understand it elsewhere in the world.
I remember in the run-up to the American elections and the talk about Obama's supposed 'socialism', and getting angry about how the term was being
'redefined' through an American lens and then projected as the 'real' definition of 'socialism'. I gave up caring and getting angry about
specifics of American politics at that point, despite it impacting the rest of the world, whether the world likes it or not (like someone taking a #
in a public swimming pool).
I agree with your take on the guns, though. I used to post a lot about American gun culture as, to me and a lot of people around the world, it's
unfathomable. I think the 'right to bear arms' is a massive scam and pointless and I used to get MASSIVE amounts of criticism. I'd not posted on
here in quite a while (knowing there would be much bollocks written about the Olympics drew me back) and I was surprised to see more people echoing my
thoughts on gun ownership than in previous years.
Anyway, enough about guns. Them ponies? It's all about the price tag.
