Mitt Romney’s presidential campaign has announced that Romney will reveal his vice presidential nominee tomorrow at a campaign event in Norfolk, Virginia. CNN Breaking News [email protected]

Rubio, Christie, Powell, Paul (Rand), Rice, Trump?...

Something tells me his campaign will decline regardless as soon as he says his picks first name.

Ideally, yes. West would be the best possible choice.

Charles Krauthammer (whom I admire and trust) is speculating that it'll be Ryan.

Just sayin.

In a perfect world maybe Paul...but it's not snowing on the hilltops of hell yet.

I will throw out Palin, Christie, Trump, or Jindal. I really like Christie, so that pretty much means he's out too.

Rand Paul would be the smartest option, if he really wants to steal a chunk of Ron's supporters.

I stick with jindal.

Think Paul Ryan is just to throw people off.

Just reported a few minutes ago "NBC News: 3 Sources indicate Rep Paul Ryan is Romney’s Vice Presidential pick. "

It's Paul Ryan
Should make many on the far right happy. But his budget proposal isn't going to go over very well with independents and retirees. Romney was more than likely already going to lose the election, but picking Ryan guarantees it.

You beat me to it. He just lost himself the election right there IMO.

I don't want to get too off topic here, but if it is Ryan, then (if elected) the US might stand a chance at recovery. We can't keep "kicking the can" down the road. Our deficit, spending rates, HAVE to be addressed.

Keynesian economics have not worked.
Our country is in worse shape.

What we need is *cough* hope and change.

Please ..
Gen. Colin Powell
Lt.Col. Allen West
Condi Rice
.. then Paul
.. then the names being bandied about.

We have so many good, & up & coming politicians, economists & budget people in the running, but with the state of the world now, we need military command leadership & smart diplomacy (enough clueless pandering).

It doesn't matter, Mitt Romney is so desperate, he'll pick anybody that helps his chances of getting people to love him, even though nobody will love him.

Is it going to be Justin Bieber? That should get him the younger vote.
