Unknown Creature Found in a Cave in Colombia?

I really hope this is a joke or an elaborated CGI. But at first glance this video seems not a fake. However have a look. An alien a fake or an unknown creature?

A strange creature has been found in Colombia, two young men are said to have stoned it to death after spotting it at the entrance to a cave.
Debate still continues as to whether the creature is a misidentified animal or something else.
The find of this creature sparked controversy among the people, for what some say might be a creature from another planet, others simply believe that it si just an animal.

So where is the close up of the dead body? It seems like after they stoned it they would have taken some good footage of it laying there dead.

Hmm, looks very much like CGI to me, and the way it was filmed screams "fake" to me!

Could be wrong and it could be an un-identified cave animal of some sought, but I doubt it...

watched the video six times.
this reminds of a video where they shoot a "creature" and then it is attacked by dogs.
first thing that comes to mind is why did they stop filming?
only maybe 15 seconds of video.
and if "creature" was "stoned to death" where is the stills of the body?
it was clearly edited to some extend because the guy has his face blurred.
no data to where the video originated besides "Columbia".
the tuber's page also describes his channel as "entertainment".

Another fine example of fun with CGI.

Were I to have posted this, I'd have put it in the Jokes Forum considering that video is so fake, I'd be scared of violating T&C regarding intentional posting of fraudulent material.

That video is also pretty hilarious.

I recommend moving this one to jokes, please.

Additionally, of odd note, the Youtuber seems to have some fascination with animals mating. 696 videos are posted and most of them are about animals mating, and sometimes fighting, and sometimes fighting and mating at the same time, erm, I dunno.
It's like one big Animal Porn channel.

I've seen that exact same face in a couple of other videos. Looks like it's wearing goggles. I'll see if I can find them. They were on utube, or course. One was standing behind some trees in a wooded area.....One video is already in the hoax bin here.

Just a point of reference, what ever is moving inside the cave, it seems to move and disturb some of the bushes just in front of it as the creature appears to crawl out of the cave.

Can anyone shed light on this movement?

That is really good cinematography! The creator of this video should be given a pat on the back for doing a real nice job with this. Sometimes, I am amazed at the creativity of some youtube videos! Makes me wihs I had a little more artistic talent!

Its a puppet being controlled from the back where its dark. Thats why the movements are jerky and unconvincing. Its amateur Muppet time . People seem to think all they have to do is make something blink and everyone will believe its real.

If it was CGI they would have done a more convincing job. Awful, just awful.

I have to agree with you here. I think this is a puppet of some sort. It doesn't disturb anything until it's hand enters the leaves in front of it, and the way it moves seems weightless as if it is supported from somewhere unseen.

This in my opinion is fake. Gov would be all over this otherwise, and military too.

But imagine this scenario was real, the first true alien life form MURDERED by humans. Think about THAT.
