The truth is Obama is the President, has been declared a natural born US citizen by the court, and every single birther court case attempted, over 200 of them, has failed.

Some birther court case have even lost to a empty chair. Yes, the empty chair had a better legal argument than the birthers!

But birthers are unwilling to accept the facts and have to resort to making up lies about the first black US President....

I don't think you can process things very well. The issue on the table is Obama claimed to be a citizen of Indonesia to get school aid.

If he was never a citizen of Indonesia, then he lied to get money.

If he was a citizen of Indonesia, then the rules appeared to be he can't be a US citizen, as Indonesia didn't approve of dual citizenship and thus the US either---via reciprocity.


Either way, those are problems.


These don't have anything to do with Birth Certificates, as it pertains to Indonesian citizenship.


And Orly has this same information these days and it appears Obama will fail to reply to the courts and will loose.

Plus, it appears Orly has real traction on the correct issues now, which means you can't call her a pure Birther now, because she is looking at fraudulent claims of citizenship applied to Indonesia, or perhaps fraudulent claims to get school aid.


Just keep playing that broken record of yours and everyone will take note of your foolishness.

IF Obama had dual citizenship then he would have been the 2nd president to have such - James Buchanan was born in the USA - but his father was born in Ireland and was a British citizen by virtue of that, and James inherited that citizenship according to the laws of the time and had no possibility of renouncing it - there was no such thing at the time.

Chester Alan Arthur was also born to an Irish immigrant father and thus had dual citizenship at birth - however the passage of the British Naturalization Act in 1870 meant he could renounce his British Citizenship.
