I would like to see Grade 12 get much, much harder to pass, and anyone without a Grade 12 education be conscripted for a term of three years.

Give kids a choice. You don't wanna put in the effort to pass your free state education, fine, but you give back to the country.

Same.

I was already over 25, and had been to jail, but they kept telling me it would be waived, and I didn't trust them to actually get it done to stay in the nuke program. I heard it's a pretty hellish life anyways.

Technically, it's more than two countries at war with each other....at least, that's what I was lead to believe, but I do get your point.

There are a ton of alliances out there these days! Getting but a few key countries going at it could start it up.

already have proven it. the proof is clear as crystal.

all the lawful governments and their military and intelligence apparatus are under the control of a singular entity.

i'm sure your allies in the wilderness spaces and underground bunkers still have the ability to plant bombs in a market or hold hostages...but they have no ability to fight head to head in anything close to global conflict.
