Ralph Nader has been talking about the "revolving door" for decades. EVERY administration/legislator puts in their own replacements. Don't think for a minute that voting in a Republican POTUS or legislator would change anything; the Venn Diagrams would just show new appointments, players.

Wow! S&F for finding that site and those Venns. The interconnections are absolutely obscene. If these were Venn diagrams between a law firm and clients, there would be criminal corporate malfeasance and criminal conflict of interest charges, at least.

It's unfortunate that most people presented with this breadth of information will just turn a blind eye and mumble something about the criminals having to make money too.

Alright i am sick and tired of Singling out Wall Street primarily Goldman Sachs and i really can't stand the Democrats or liberals but here is the thing.

Once upon a time in America we use to have a Constitutional Republic we elected representatives to go serve the interests of the people which were the same as the nation,

Then one fine day that "upstanding fine congressman" figured out that he could get paid by writing laws "extortion" to get his campaign relection financed.

Then another congressman say damn why didn't I think of that then everyone jumped on the bandwagon the modern term for that is "lobbyists".

The Government those duly elected congressman and Potus's get free money for the lifetime career choices of screwing people over once they get into power.

Shrink the power and size of Government and those days will be long over people sit there and blame wall street and their goldman sachs instead of the people who they elect.

There is no question this this is a corrupt democracy the death of democracy was over in this country when they figured out they could vote themselves money and legislate themselves free campaign financing.

I think we'd be better off without the PATRIOT Act and NDAA for instance. Most of the laws passed in the last decade have been to the detriment of the public and freedom. It was illegal to give money in unlimited amounts to politicians not long ago and the repeal of Glass-Steagal is a major reason for the failure of so many banks.
