They are. High likelyhood of seeing a large wedge tornado, but it will be rain wrapped. Unless they get really close, you'll be able to see the rear flank downdraft area wrapping around the tornado.

Do you know if that is moving to the coast at all?

Oh my GOD. There is a historic atmospheric explosion underway; discrete supercells are now forming all over the area out ahead of the squall line forming on the cold front. This is gonna get ugly folks.

Why did these storm chasing idiots stop in the middle of the road right by a tornado. You can see people having to go around them. They are a danger to people driving, why block a road in the middle of an approaching severe storm/tornado?

The debris ball on radar is from the same tornado on Bryan Kilgore's stream.

Tornado signature on radar
In that radar picture, you see where the blue area is next to the brown? That is where the tornado is north of Louisville. That shows wind moving towards the radar right next to wind moving away from the radar. That is how Doppler radar can see tornadoes.
