My boss's brother was taking a shower the other day when a quarter hit him in the top of his head.
According to my boss it freaked him out so bad that he made her make sure to ask me about it.

The date on the quarter was 1999 which was the year their dad died.
I guess it has him freaked out as they say there was NO WAY it could of fallen from the ceiling or the shower head.
Looks like spirits are starting to throw money around Sled.

I actually referred her to your penny thread and I am really hoping she decides to stop in and join or at least read some of it. It was odd as this has kind of been an ongoing discussion between you and I and others here over the last month since you got dinged in the head with that penny and my buddy Perry's death.

Whoa!!!!! That blows my mind!

Seriously, I don't know what to think. There are so many factors involved with this... synchronicity with the timing, the year of her dad's death, it hitting him in the head like my experience, being in the bathroom when it happened, I mean... ?????????!!!!!!!!!!!

This is freaky! I love it! Crazy, man!

But, I am jealous! He got a whole quarter, and I only got a penny.

Yeah, that was my reaction when she asked me about it, I was all NO WAY!!
had to mention the discussions we have been having the last few weeks and the whole bathroom thing parallel with now money and blinking lights...it is weird!

Synchronicity abounds....

Just a note to document the date was the weekend of July 13th when another couple moved into the haunted house I posted about earlier.

Let's see how long these new renters last.

Looks like all of my co workers and I and our spouses are going to The Palmer House on the weekend of August 10th/11th

We are still figuring out the details, but how cool is that?!?



This ties right into the crew that did our roof and the spider that attacked me and the palmer house and roofing crew, or so I believe as the spider was a sign of something at the time and I did not know what, now I do.


On 6/3/13 was when I had the knock in reference to your knock Sled, and the day of the spider.
Strange stuff.

Was attacked by a spider the day before yesterday, a tiny little brown thing that went right from under my keyboard to my mouse hand. Really aggressive.Kind of gave me an odd feeling. Tried to take a few pictures of it but they are blurry and I had to squish it before it got away, which it almost did.

Then yesterday I find out that the guy down the hall from me who doesn't speak hardly any english came into the office asking about me. He is the guy that I saw the two weird spirits at his door months ago,it's on this thread somewhere. I don't ever say anything other than hi or good morning to this guy, so the office thought it was strange.

Then today I walk into the office and the first thing I am told is that the roofing crew that is doing the roofs on our building just came from doing a a job here:

I haven't talked to the crew yet, but I want to. The other caretaker said they were telling him about it and it was a freaky experience for them. They were taking pictures and such I guess. Kind of weird......
I should really interview them...????

Then also got a call from the Homes office in the other building that they are reporting a fox coming closer and closer out of the field behind them and that people should know to watch their pets. This is the same office window where I encountered a black cat with orange eyes, and now they have a fox problem, the cat came with the bat, and now a spider and a fox??

Also, yesterday I was marking places that I KNOW are haunted here in MN on Google maps for myself, only one I know for sure because I lived there, and this place though it seems a lot less threatening. And Glenshene Mansion, in Duluth (also where the other haunted house is) but with the mansion, I was there as a teenager and had no experiences there, just is something that people have documented at one time or another as haunted......strange...

I'll tell you what, when I was reading about your knock, I got a knock on my wall. I had to go check and make sure my daughter didn't do it as it came from the wall that her room is on the other side of, but she was sitting by the door playing with a barbie...

At first I was gonna blow it off, but now I am not so sure...

I might add, it was one small soft knock, but enough for me to hear it and go check because I was reading your knock...

This was the knock.

This was 2 days before I found out about the Palmer house and the Roofing Crew.

The thing is, these are all little synchronisities......

That's awesome!

Just be careful you don't bring anything home with you, other than some video/audio evidence.

I'm not worried about bringing anything home really, there is plenty already here

Just really excited although they sure do have a strict policy on time limits and possibly cutting it short if things go bad.

Palmer House - Sauk Centre Minnesota

This will be my first trip to a documented haunted place.
We are going to try to get some pictures and EVPs, and staying a night.
It should be fun.
The other caretakers wife said that she isn't worried cause I can talk to the ghosts and tell them to leave her alone. I said I would send them to her room.


It will certainly be interesting. I will get to see what I can see with ghosts on their own territory
I have not yet had the opportunity to do that since I began to experience spirits, other than the stuff here, but this is a different kind of haunt as the ones here seem to enjoy good caretakers and getting the buildings fixed.

I'm all pumped up about it...

Was walking into the kicthen to throw something away the other night when there was two very hard knocks on my kitchen table. I was about 3 feet away from the table and my wife was sitting at the computer.

She turned and looked at me, and asked if I kicked the chair, which I didn't and then we both looked at the table and nothing had fallen over, or been moved. It was two very hard knocks. Like someones knuckles.

Then the next mornig I wake up at a little after 5 am, and I think I see my wife sitting (it was dark so her silhouette) in the bathroom sitting on the toilet, so I shout into the bathroom asking if she overslept for work, because she has to be there at 5 am, and got no answer, so I walk into the bathroom, and no one is there, and she is gone for work.

Things seem to be picking up around here paranormal wise, I wonder if this has to do with the trip we are all going on to the Palmer house

Could be. I'm sure the trip is in the back of your mind which probably has you more open to the paranormal right now... not that you aren't always.

I know things have picked up considerably here over the last few weeks.

Or, it could be the veil continuing to thin.

And another possibility is the ghost reminding you to make that thread on "Ghost Knocks".

That has been on my mind lately too.
I was talking with my co workers and I really do expect us to get a lot of them while we are there.
I don't know why, but spirits really seem to like the knocking a lot.
Or at least that has been my experience with it.

I had another knock on my chest of drawers this morning when I went to bed. My cat was looking in that direction just before it happened. It wasn't too loud, just enough to say "hello".

At least the cat didn't dig into my stomach and run this time. That smarts!

That's alright, right after I wrote about the above post there were three really hard knocks at my door.

The Sheriff with a subpoena for court next month.

I have to go testify on a guy who broke our security door after I escorted him out of the building a couple of times last year.
Man are they slow!

Fixed it

I hate it when that happens!

Once again, I was in deep thought while in the shower, and the light went out over the sink for several minutes, then came back on.
I am beginning to see a pattern with this. It is when I am thinking about something that I have very deep feelings about.
So, I'm wondering if this could be my own energy projecting outward causing a disturbance with the light?

I was told by a "real-deal" medium once that I project a very far-reaching aura. He even made the statement that he was sure I had noticed street lights going off when I get close. And, yes, I have.

So, could it be me doing this? Or do you think it is a spirit letting me know I'm on the right path with my thoughts?

That is actually a deep question. I wish I had the ability to answer you.

I know from my own experience that sometimes my own thoughts do generate some sort of reaction in my environment. A perfect example is my paranormal detector which goes off when I have strong emotional responses to things I read or see, so it certainly is a possibility. I have not turned that on in a while, I should use it more

Last time I used it, it kept going off when I would run into skeptics/cynics here on ATS.

But at the same time, spirit does react to thoughts, so it is a tough call, and I think only you would be able to answer that for yourself. Keep paying attention to your thoughts and what reacts to them at times like this. As you said, you are noticing a pattern, so perhaps it is you that is doing it, that I would not doubt.
