Breaking news folks. Obama refused to show up in court today and as a result the judge has decided to reccomend that Obamas name NOT be put on the ballot in the next Presidential election. The Georgia Secretary of State agrees with the court ruling and WILL NOT BE ALLOWING OBAMAS NAME ON THE BALLOT. That means that Obama will recieve ZERO popular vote and ZERO electoral votes from the state of Georgia. Find more on the story HERE---->

MOD EDIT:

www.ajc.com...

After hearing evidence with neither President Barack Obama nor his lawyers in attendance, a state administrative law judge on Thursday did not issue a ruling as to whether Obama can be allowed on the state ballot in November.

Well thats interesting news. Is it reliable though?

A grand thing if it is; hopefully this will set a powerful precedent for other states to follow, that no one is above the law regardless of your ill-gotten title

Now the question is, will other states follow suit, or will the state of Georgia just be ridiculed as being a racist southern state?

These backwoods idiots are simply amazing, as big government as they come,
they get to determine who people can vote for, two men make that decision for
the whole state of people.

Or,....perhaps somthing called the Constitution tells us who is eligible to run for president, and finally someone has looked at the definition of "natural born citizen"...

These "backwoods idiots" seem to be some of the only ones who are interested in actually upholding the law and not letting a person slide just because of their title.

Good on them, I say.

We are talking about Atlanta here! I am pretty sure they are very open to blacks and gays. Was told Atlanta is one of the biggest locations for black gay and drag pageants. Saying this only cause I am guessing the court is close to or in Atlanta. Race card will not work I believe in Atlanta.

I do not blame Obama one bit. This whole birther thing is freaking stupid. Do people really think that the Republicans would not have been able to block his nomination if his residency at the time of birth was even remotely questionable? Really? That's about as ignorant as ignorant gets.

Been to Georgia lately? It is a backwoods, redneck, hillbilly loser kind of state. There ain't nobody voting for Obama there anyway lol.

I am not an Obama "fan" however get a freaking grip and realize that the boy was born in Hawaii for craps sake, oh and realize he is half white for darns sake so tired of hearing him described solely as a "Black" President. He is half a cracker, the Georgia boys should love him lol.

You obviously have not read up on the issue. In this case, his birthplace was not an issue. It has to do with the definition of "natural born citizen". Which ISN'T, ironically, about where you are actually BORN, necessarily.

Sincerely,

Backwoods Redneck Hillbilly Loser

Yeah, I was talking about this in school and at work and this is first thing that popped into their mouth automatically, racism.

It's not that. It's the fact that the rules do not apply to him and that he doesn't have to show up to court like everyone else. He made himself look bad. And, I have no sympathy for him.

If he truly wanted to be a president, and if he truly cared for his country, and like he addressed in the SOTU, "THAT EVERYONE SHOULD DO THEIR PART, NO EXCEPTIONS".

Then, why didn't he follow his own rules?
