If you look at Aesop's post where he quoted our good friend JBA2848, he doesn't care about racism or discrimination, it is only a vehicle he uses to attack Ron's character so he won't be president and limit the size of government.

I feel like I've wasted my time arguing with that guy about actual discrimination and freedom.

After dissecting his previous posts and coming to the conclusion that he doesn't even check his sources as he posts them and uses them to back up his wild claims, it continues to make sense that he doesn't care about discrimination and racism. Again, he is merely searching and posting randomly to plant the seed of doubt.

Well staying with the theme of the thread about racism. Lets look at the racism that the people that be do every day. Yes they practice exactly what Rand Paul was saying about private businesses being allowed to practice racism. How do they do that and get away with it? I thought Rand Paul wanted it and its not allowed? Rand Paul wants to put it in the public realm of all businesses. The peoplle that be do it by private membership everyday. Golf coarses with private memberships that are allowed to do it through the membership policies. And you wonder why Tiger Woods created such a uproar. How about gated communities with private membrerships in order to live within the gated community. Can't just let some gangsta move next door to a billionaire can you. Or how about all those Masons out there with their bars at the local club? Again private membership allows racism through the membership process. Hell the local Elks lodge didn't let women in until 1997 except on special events and they had to be escorted by their husbands who were members. 1997 women were allowed to become members.

So how is it that the people that be would not love to see Ron Paul in office? And he would be a great pupet for them because he is so gullible he would fall for any trick they pulled. after all he was gullible enough to falll for this.

And what about Ron Paul and stock up on gold because every thing is going to crash. Its the only good currency?Well just like the people that be he does not practice what he preaches only makes money off of it. See he owns not gold. But stock in the businesses you buy it from because he told you to. Wait! Does that make him like any other politician or snake oil salesman like Glenn Beck for example?

www.mineweb.com...

RENO, NV -

The U.S. Congress' best known gold bug, Rep. Ron Paul, R-Texas, (also a two-time presidential candidate) apparently really likes Goldcorp stock.

Paul's 2010 financial report released Wednesday revealed that-although he sold up to $50,000 in Goldcorp stock last year, he has hung onto a range of $500,001 to $1 million in additional Goldcorp stock.

His Goldcorp stock outstrips his holdings in other major gold miners like AngloGold-Ashanti ($250,001 to $500,000); Barrick ($100,001 to $250,000) and Newmont ($250,001 to $500,000).

Paul is probably the nation's best known advocate of returning the U.S. dollar to the gold standard.

He also has invested in a considerable portfolio of gold and silver mining company stocks including: $100,001 to $250,000 in Agnico-Eagle; $100,001 TO $250,000 in IAMGOLD; $50,001 to $100,000 in Pan American Silver; and $50,001 to $100,000 in Eldorado Gold.

Other Paul mining stock holdings include from $15,001 to $50,000 in Kinross Gold; $15,001 to $50,000 in Golden Star Resources; $15,001 to $50,000 in Mag Silver; and $15,001 to $50,000 in Silver Wheaton.

Apollo Gold (now Brigus Gold), Coeur d'Alene Mines, Great Basin Gold, Metaline Mining, Quebec's Virginia Mines, and Wesdome Gold Mines warranted a range from $1,001 to $15,000 each in Paul's equity investment.

Vista Gold managed to attract only $1 to $1,000 in investment from Paul.

Unfortunately, Paul reported that only Agnico-Eagle, Barrick, Goldcorp, IAMGOLD, Kinross and Newmont paid him dividends last year. None of the mining companies that paid dividends exceeded the range of $1,000 to $2,500 each of income to Rep. Paul.

The congressman reported a minimum net worth of $2.2 million in 2010.

Sadly, no other top leader of the House, Democrat or Republican, reported major holdings of gold company stock last year.

I guess hes really no different than Glenn Beck buy Goldline gold because I get a kickback.

This goes with the above.

Glenn Beck*

Glenn Beck is the host of the syndicated talk radio program The Glenn Beck Program and “Glenn Beck” on the FOX News Channel. He is also a best-selling author.

The Glenn Beck Program is syndicated by Premiere Radio Networks and is the third highest-rated national radio talk show among adults ages 25 to 54. Beck's self-titled topical talk show on the FOX News Channel debuted on January 19, 2009 to over 2.4 million viewers. Prior to FOX News, Beck hosted a nightly TV show on CNN Headline News from 2006-2008.

Beck is the author of three New York Times bestsellers. Beck’s most recent book, Arguing with Idiots, was released in September 2009. When his book, The Christmas Sweater, debuted at #1 on the fiction list, Beck became one of a handful of authors to write books that reached #1 on both the fiction and non-fiction New York Times lists. His previous title, An Inconvenient Book, was a #1 non-fiction bestseller and went through nine printings.

You can keep posting but all I see is,

"Oh no, they're onto my trolling. Must find new material to make Ron Paul look bad"

Seriously man, just stop...you're trolling is so blatant, I've called out all of your posts for the last 2 pages and you continue to dig up new crap to post and they're getting easier and easier to dissect. Every post you make proves me right.

I would ask you to stick to the topic but you've already admitted to me that Ron Paul did not write the newsletters when you tried to accuse Rand Paul for writing the newsletters. You're so awesome.

In addition, to think, I was going to vote for him...

Oh please, don't LIE. You have been crying about his foreign policy since you got here. How is it that you think people would forget such things?? Aside from all the racist rhetoric etc about Paul, lies like this from people like you is proof you're just on here to troll. You've been called out before about this, I have no idea why you haven't been banned yet.

Every 4 years a president is giving a 30-page letter that they must study to win publics votes. Every 4 years a president is giving an agenda of what to say, and what not to say to please the voters minds, hoping to get a vote.

No president in the history of life has ever pleased the pheasants that knock at the castles door with pitch forks in hand demanding just the basic needs. No republican…No Democrat… and no independent.

They understand that it’s the 1% they care about, but it’s the 99% that they have to trick to get into office, with its magical ,exotic mind games that they play with the 99%, out that 99% they understand that 75% of the 99% have an IQ no greater than .04

So tell me how the magic show turns out before 2012...and why are you so angry, are you ok, pm if you need a shoulder to cry on…its not that serious!

No president in the history of life has ever pleased the pheasants...

Hmmm! This phrase certainly captured my attention since a one-day member at Daily Paul today used the same term, when he/she actually meant peasants. His/her minor spelling errors and writing style are similar to yours.
--------------------
I suppose the above is off-topic, and of course, LogiosHermes27 may not be that same person. I guess I just don't understand those who on one board act like supporters and on another board or sometimes the same board, smear the same person they previously supported. Why do I care? Because our country is headed off a cliff, and I believe Ron Paul is the only candidate who can BEGIN to turn this ship of state around. If I truly thought Ron Paul were a racist, he would NOT be getting my vote. He is not a racist; he's a kind, caring individual who truly loves this country and cares about its people..all its people, no matter the color of skin, no matter their religion or lack thereof, no matter their sexual preference. He's a statesman. He is a strict Constitutionalist and would not attempt to push his views onto other people. He has my vote...and those trying to take him down have my contempt.
Fantastic thread, elPresidente.. I finally managed to read it all the way through!

It’s called speech and writing recognitions, you have to fool some of these… ‘BUGS’ that listen to every word you say…have to keep the MIB that live 20 stories beneath the Surface.

MUS-A-SH!T say, Co2 is killing the planet.

MUS-A-SH!T say, FED prints money out of nothing confusing stabilization of the USD with monetization of debt which can't exist under a reserve currency system that depends on CDs, and up stream demand "Raw material demands for exchange of currency agreements" (Agreements? AKA Ron Paul-tard macro economics.

You say what now, lil dude?

JBA2848 please watch this video so Ron Paul can explain too you his stance on his comments in the past on the civil rights act of 1964.

Many people continue to fail to understand who Ron Paul is and what he stands for. I believe this is because we are so programed to continue the status quo.

Ron Paul is a LIBERTARIAN REPUBLICAN and because of that it separates him from the rest of the republican puppets, it also has EVERYTHING to do with some of these comments taken out of context.

He makes a comment about how he disagrees with how some of the laws passed in the civil rights act were unconstitutional and how they should have been repealed instead. That is because of his LIBERTARIAN beliefs.
It has everything to do with process. Instead people take it as a status quo response and run him through the typical democrat/ republican grinder. He was concerned about INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS and that the process of how they changed specific laws endangered those. Not that we shouldn’t have done something about civil rights.

Now is the time black, white, all races and creeds, you and me are in dire need of protection of our individual rights and freedoms. They will take these away as they already have and are currently doing.

You want to shake up washington?

Vote in a LIBERTARIAN. Theres a reason it is a 3rd Party. And there is a reason it is the fastest growing party. Ron Paul is not your run of the mill republican. This is what makes him a option for anyone who wants to shake up the status quo and why he appeals to people on all sides of the isle. Go ahead and name me a LIBERTARIAN Party president.

If everyone one of you do anything this election year, and I mean this with all sincerity. Learn what a libertarian is and what the term means. Wheter your voting for Ron Paul or not. Understand who your candidates really are. And who they represent. Don’t rely on MSM propaganda and blogs and innuendo.

It takes some leg work but no matter whom you like we all need everyone to get a little more educated.

I know for a fact Ron Paul is not a racist. His personal heroes is MLK and Rosa Parks. He is a civil libertarian and no one that believes what he believes could ever be a racist. This is just the media trying to make a story out of nothing for sensationalism buzz like they do through slandering one of the only last good representatives we have in this country.

Ron Paul is the man if you agree check this out;

Yeah, so I see. I enjoy arguing as much as the next guy, but from what I'm seeing is that some people just don't want to grant the notion that Ron Paul could be a sincere, honest politician who cares about American principles.

reply to post by JBA2848

What you are doing is called indirect fire mate. The fact that a racist individual can take advantage of rights, does not make Ron Paul guilty of gullibility for letting them do so. He doesn't approve of those racist views, and doesn't like a group's special interest mentality, he wants liberty for the individual.

Seriously now Goldline? Do you know why Ron Paul got into politics? The same day we were taken off the Gold Standard in 1971, he was motivated to change politics because he knew that money not backed behind anything devaluated it and could destroy the economy. His primary interest was an economic one. So it's obvious you didn't know this because you think he's just trying get rich from economic crisis. Absurd.

Quite a few people brought up the possibility that the ghostwriter may've been either Ron Jr., Rand, Lori, Robert or Joy hence why he won't say who did. If his family is were not the ghostwriter don't you think he should've come out by now and identify who the culprit was. Why the secrecy? We aren't asking for him to reveal content of any closed door Congressional meetings or to discuss the COG policy but am simply seeking the identities of the ghostwriter. Is he afraid it was him or his kids?

This is all that's being asked!

The ghostwriters were lew rockwell and murray rothbard. They probably never were racists, but the newsletters were a part of an organized movement that Rothbard called "reaching out to the rednecks" by appealing to racists.

It was fairly successful too, as attested by Stormfront's steadfast support for Ron Paul, and the steady flow of money from racists, including the KKK.

Ron paul may not be a racist, but he made a lot of money stoking racial fears and peddling conspiracy theories in various newsletters.

He's also lying about not knowing who wrote the articles.

I accidentally starred this post. Wish we could unstar when we mess up. Anyway, he is very fit to be President. This guilt by association crap is ALL they have on Dr. Paul, and compared to all the other candidates including Obama it's small potatoes. So what, he trusted his staff a bit too much, we all live and learn. His actions alone prove he's no racist, and his having pointed out the unfair treatment of minorities in the justice system should clear him in the eyes of anybody with a brain.

Since you got 3 stars for your post.

Do you have a link, evidence, proof that it was Rothbard and Rockwell?

That's a pretty bold claim...

Also, if you can provide some pay stubs, account balances, or something to back the 'made a lot of money' premise.

The onus is on you, otherwise you're just stating opinion.
