Apparently there is a build up of Nato.and US troops on the Jordainian Syrian border..Just reported in " Before its news" The troops were withdrawn from Iraq. As it sounds fairly creditable its worth reporting, and keeping an eye on.The Assad regime might try anything to retain power,even try to bring Russia into the conflict.

I have had that same thought as well; possible attack because of expansionism.

Do you think that annexing Mexico is in our futrue....and if the answer is yes, I see it only really hurting the US citizens just because of the current economy as I understand it. But then again I am not an economist and maybe expanding our border would allow for more taxable revenue.

Maybe our forces could be stronger with more recruits and our military ability to put the kabash on the drug gangs would be profitable.....seizing property and assets. The drug war from Mexico is quickly running over borders.....that aren't even bordering Mexico.

I have mentioned this elsewhere but I have wondered why now they are abruptly deploying our troops from Iraq and Aftghanistan; thought maybe a campaign ploy but found the same details as above. I am wondering if the real reason is to give the troops some home time before redeployment and reorganization since Pakistan is posturing and putting up a defensive, Karzi holding news press vowing they will stand with Pakistan if they take any action, that they have their backs so to speak. Iraq wanting us out and then turned around and gave reconstruction contracts to China and Russia for their oil fields. Lastly I also read on the military.com site that they were going to try and lower the number of troops in the Army and seeking to really pump up the Navy for LONG term deployments.

Anything can trigger a war, but only something specifically large could trigger another world war. Nukes won't start it, most likely, but there is a good chance they will be the first shots fired.
I suspect America will be one of the founding powers, given our habit of sticking our nose in everyone's business. Though this may be biased on my part.
When it comes to what TRIGGERS the war, I couldn't tell you. It could literally be caused by anything. Though I personally suspect that the outbreak will be fast and incredibly unexpected while the situation leading up to it will not seem to be much of an issue at all

Anytime NATO fights could technically be called a world war since it is an allied force of many nations. Though I wouldn't really call it that in all seriousness

What could trigger WW3?

Iran and confederates closing Suez Canal/Red Sea, closing Hormuz Straights, and suspending oil exports.

That would effectively cut off a major portion of European imports (especially oil) and exports since Europe is the major benefactor being served. Other areas of the world would be impacted, but on a much lesser scale, being more of an inconvenience as opposed to a major pain.

In a scenario like that, what would you do if you were Europe? Your choices are to either be strangled or to convince Iran to lift the blockade. Which would you do? Die a slow death, or do whatever is necessary to relieve the pain? Since Iran will obviously never listen to reason, your choices are even more severely limited - die or fight.

Dying is not a viable choice. So the only other answer would be war. Sudden and total destruction of Iran and anyone else participating in the blockade

Should Iran and confederates, likely Egypt, Libya, and other nations by the Red Sea, blockade European commerce, look for Europe to retaliate with Blitzkrieg speed against the head of the Snake, Iran.

That is one scenario of what could trigger WWIII.

As to likely World War Three causes and scenarios check out the World War Three novel, Spiritus Mundi by Robert Sheppard, which predicts WWIII arising from a Pearl Harbor-like sneak attack of a rising China, Russia and Iran, allied as the "New Axis" or ”Axis of Synarhy" on the Middle-East oil reserves in Saudi Arabia and Iraq to deal a knockout blow to a declining West in their moment of weakness. Theirs two ways to look at it,Since since Syria has deployed anti ship missiles as well as chemical ones on its northern and southern border, and the fact that their second in command is in russia having talks..it could be they are reacting swiftly for a coming invasion and making sure that their allies are true to their word!!!...or secondly they might have been summond to Russia to be told to pull their horns in, as Russia is now in the WTO and has offered 10billion euros to the EU to help stem the debt crisis...which will make the misile shield look bad. Russia the peacekeeper? If it goes badly you can gurantee China will open another front as they want the south china sea .Now the propaganda has started and implicated Iran in 9/11..its looking murky.Who knows what the real adgenda is if it goes hot then a regime change in Russia and China will be a western goal, and their populations might not object to much and the present regimes know it.So in this game of poker.".you have to know when to hold and know when to fold"

However it happens, the US will be the aggressors and I think they will invade Iran through Afghanistan. I'm not sure how the US will handle a WW3 scenario though, because they will be under threat from China to the west and will be trying to lead an offensive in Iran.

The problem with having too many fronts in a conflict situation, would be the tempation to use nukes,and whatever other nasties have been developed in the last few years. Lets hope things begin to settle down,and the real probems are addresed, like over population.

I think it's going to be triggered on the basis of human rights. That will be the reason given and it will involve Iran or North Korea or both and whoever decides to join the fray.

Firstly we know that World War III will be a war which will involve the islamic countries because this was in the demonic vision given to Albert Pike in the nineteenth century. Furthermore Ezekiel 38 also talks about a war in the middle east which would involved the nations of the islamic world so we know that this war is the next. In terms of what could be trigger:

Possibly an event which either destroys or takes down the Dome of the Rock, one of Islams holiest sites which of all places has to be on the temple mount in Jerusalem. This could be a suicide bomber or someone with the intention of looking to trigger a major conflict knowing how this would inflame the arab world.

Possibly a bid by Russia to take over the middle east in a desperate bid for survival. With the European Union extendings its borders all the way deep into ex communist territory and with Russia trying to maintain commercial and logistical control of the oil pipelines that run through Georgia (a bridge between east and west in regards to the flow of oil) it is higly possible that a threat to Russia's oil supplies could lead them to be influenced to take a caluclated gamble of invading Israel.

The last paragraph probably sounds weird since how could an atheistic machine be part of an islamic jihad. This was actually addressed in detail in a website which is as follows

Its an interesting debate but its clear that we cannot look no other than the middle east for next major conflict.

This is right.A chain of events from that point in time could trigger WW3,but we will even notice that.

Its a conundrum..If a war broke out in the near future America with nato would win..If it breaks out in the future when ,the potential enemys are more organised, it might be a different story.So I guess "sooner rather than later" would be a motto as far as the west is concerned.The Potential enemys now this so might just wait.
