No, more likely just a load of fellow british people fed up with the lack of humour amongst our fellow islanders. For the record, nothing is sacred in my opinion, all up is up for ridicule and humour.

Jermey Clarkson is the absolute best!
I love his humor. Top Gear is about the only non documentary show I can stand. It is sort of a documentary though.

Have you seen what he does for the Morris club? A rare car that is total rubbish. He smashes one every chance he gets, while they cry and moan about destroying history.

Ricky Gervais does comedy, that's what he does. Jeremy Clarkson isn't a comedian even though he think's he is, there's a massive difference.

You may not like the man but the whole section is in jest.

If you actually watch it instead of taking a select few seconds of the interview to further your little politically correct agenda you will see that he mocks a variety of demographs including gingers, northerners, the welsh and reliant robins. It's called topical comedy!

On the other side, our country is in a financial crisis.. .great time to have a strike and damage the economy further.. that'll really help with your pensions!

I think Clarkson is funnier than Gervais anyday.
He does it to be controversial ... he has a Christmas DVD coming out. What better way to get publicity.

Rocky Gervais is an entertainer just like Jeremy Clarkson. Humour is subjective, I dont know if you know that. Hence why some things might not be funny to you. If you don't like him don't watch him. That's what the TV remote is for.

I enjoy watching Clarkson on Top Gear and his column used to make me laugh sometimes.
I sympathise with some of his opinions but he can be a total arse hole and sometimes tries far too hard and I think he is under a misplaced delusion that he is some sort of 'voice of the people'.......well he's not and comments like this just make him look like a complete twat.

He, along with Rebekah Brooks, James Murdoch etc are all part of the same clique that also includes David Cameron....strange how Cameron always seems to have an almost condescending throwaway excuse for his 'friends' actions and dismisses them as trivialities....exactly the same as when his cabinet ministers screw up.....seems like accountability only applies to those he has no connection to.

Clarkson deserves a good old fashioned kicking.
