You may take that statement and attempt your usual convolutions of logic (and prose), but the fact remains, Masons and Freemasonry have had a positive impact on the world � from a single Mason extending relief within his community to a organization like the Shrine providing free healthcare to children across a continent.

Masonry attracts good men (like Audie Murphy, Black Jack Pershing, Fiorello Laguardia, Gerald Ford, Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin, etc etc) to the fraternity, for the fellowship with other good men, and to help them become better men than they already are... it is a journey, not a destination, to be a good man, and more serviceable to your family, your community, your country and your g-d.

I'm not answering it, as I can't view the video (no plugin to do it.) So, I'll bump this up. Maybe a mason can help.

Bottom line as long as masonry is not all inclusive (i dont mean "everyone can join" here) it will have suspicion heaped upon it.

By all inclusive i mean this: it is not in the groups intrest to have everyone join as there will be no secret any more. If everyone is a member there are no non members and therefore no fun!

So there will always be this exclusivity and therefore suspicion.

Something that perhaps can never be helped.

I am sorry, I didn't think you were being serious... I watched it and I was laughing so hard I couldn't type... comparing the United States, who was attacked by Muslim Terrorists to Adolf Hitler's Germany, a state the eliminated human rights, murdered 6 million jews, and g-d knows how many gypsies, homosexuals, mentally and physically handicapped individuals, freemasons and others in the name of racial and political "purity".

Hardly a comparrison for a country working to secure itself from further terrorist attacks...

A Chomsky-like argument can be made that the U.S. has implemented policies that are in soe respects oppoerssive and that threaten Constitutional freedoms.

The U.S. can be viewed as an economic, and perhaps now, military imperialist.

This is nothing new. It's fairly academic, actually.

Some, people, however, take it too far. The Nazi Germany comparison is inappropriate.

I will not argue U.S. foreign policy here, by the way.

I agree with LTD. US policy has indeed moved to the right over the past 4 years, but it still falls short of Mussolini's and Franco's brand of Fascism, much less Hitler's, which is viewed by historians as the "fanatical right".

Granted, some in the administration (I'm not mentioning any names, but his initials are John Ashcroft) seem to have an almost identical ideology as Ciano (the Duce's Prime Minister in Fascist Italy); but, of course, they have been unable to implement them in the US due to constitutional restrictions on the power of government.

Therefore, while it's certainly true that America needs to wake up and smell the coffee concerning the very questionable policies of the current administration, comparing the US to Nazi Germany is ludicrous. If this were anything like a Nazi state, Punisher would have already been tracked down and shot by the Gestapo for posting anti-government propaganda (although they would have undoubtedly awarded him a medal for his contribution to the "anti-Masonic cause of National Socialism".

I don't get near to understanding how in the world you can post what you [theron do.

The pro-masons (not all) have called those that disagree with them everything from liars, to fools to idiots and more, yet you have the view that what you and those that post similar views to yours are always right and everyone that disagrees with you is wrong.
