I agree, People assume it secret because you have to pay for it.


For people that feel this way, Do some research of the past to see why its here and how it came to be here. Then come back and say if it was worth it or not.

I don't regret using 3500 points for access to RATS. What else are you going to do with them? They don't take ATS points at Walmart

It's all in the name. Really Above Top Secret implies just that -- juicy tidbits of top secret information. People seem to forget its purpose is to shield posts from the prying eyes of search engines and the like.

Then again, Not really top secret but safe from search engines does sound pretty boring now doesn't it? Maybe we can call it NORATSBUTSAFE,

I know that seems like alot of posts so how about half of that and I get the answer to 'why are we here' ?

RATS is not as great as one might think. It is just so you don't have to worry about search engines.
