The man is what America NEEDS. The man is the only logical choice. The man is not going to pander to lobbies, or pander to the whims of the military industrial complex.

The man is, and your next vote should be for

Ron Paul

Although I am an undeclared voter who leans right of center, I just do not have it in me to vote this election cycle. Ron Paul said two things that bothered me. (1) He would not have gone after Osama. (2) He would not have voted for the Civil Rights laws. Regardless about how much I want to vote Republican, all the current Republican/Tea Party options are unelectable.

If I were a Republican campaign adviser, I would tell them all to intentionally let Obama win. Someone more honorable will surface between 2012 and 2016. Once Obama finishes his second term, the man cannot run for president again. Its over. Personally, I don't want him to regroup between 2012 and 2016, so he can build up a massive base to win in the 2016 election.

Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick will be a Democrat Presidential nominee in 2016. If the Republicans do not take the next four years to regroup, Patrick will be a stronger force in the following election. Let Obama finish his second term now, regroup your forces, and go after Deval in the next election. Deval is beatable. Even though Obama is beatable in 2012, none of the current Republican contenders can get the job done.

Its better to take two steps back, so you can take several steps forward.

Second, 2014 is when the Obamacare mandate sets into place. Once everything goes completely wrong, you want a Democrat sitting in the white house to take the heat. When the 2016 election does come around, voter backlash will destroy the Democrat party completely. Any Democrat running in 2016 will have to defend a failed Obamacare system; thus, they will have destroyed themselves through arrogance.

Third, Palestine, Russia, China, and Iran are going to be foreign policy killers to whomever wins in 2012. I would rather have the United States fall into chaos under a Democrat administration, so that the entire party implodes when the 2016 election finally arrives.

Its all about strategy.

If peopel really knew where the corruption lies, then they wouldn't vote, that's what the OP is stating here, DON'T VOTE FOR A CORRUPTED LEADER !!

As for people in general it is because a lot of people are too distracted with their job's, lives, family etc .. and a lot of their time hasn't been spent looking elsewhere for answers, all because they are un-aware or at least some are aware, but it's a dead-end to most. That's when you have people like the OP who stand up, and say, "I've had enough!". and only then do people wake up and realise the truth for what it stands for.

Our government is corrupt.

How bout this. Instead of "American Idol" we have "American President". 100 RANDOM people compete and whoever wins gets put on the ballot. Maybe then we can have an American and not a Politician as president.

Section 31 says:
1) He would not have gone after Osama. (2) He would not have voted for the Civil Rights laws.
--------------------------------------------------
This is not true, Section 31; perhaps you misunderstood.

He is glad Osama is gone--he would have done it DIFFERENTLY--he would have done it CONSTITUTIONALLY! In 2001 and 2007, he introduced legislation calling for Letters of Marque and Reprisal against those responsible for 9/11--both a moral and a Constitutional way to handle the situation.

He was not for Civil Rights due to property rights element. However, he has emphatically stated he would have voted to get rid of the Jim Crow Laws:

The below was said by Rockthis joint....

You people are brainwashed, big time. Big government is GOOD. Big government stimulates the economy, big government keeps you safe, big government is our friend anyone saying other wise is a right wing shill and you know it. Without big government our economy would be horrible, unemployment would be around 9% or even higher. Geez, think before you post neocon96.

....end of quote by Rockthisjoint

Rockthisjoint, I dont know how you came to the absolute conclusion with these statements. Your dumbness is unbelievable.

Big government says I cant have unlimited weapons, have to pay un-needed fees, provide for non-citizens and/or poor citizens, pay for healthcare for people that ruin their bodies everyday through (smoking, poor eating habits, and more while I maintain excellent fitness levels), and more!

Government is NOT the solution, too much government IS the PROBLEM! I dont know about you but I love my country and freedoms that millions of men died for which gave LIMITED power to the government.

Big government is invasive and protrudes into the lives of the citizens. People are naive and lazy, whenever they give up their guard and let the government take away more of their rights for "safety" or "economical growth" the government is happy to take that bit of civil liberty.

The government is here to SERVE the PEOPLE of the country; this is forgotten by a large amount of citizens. When the day comes that the government extends their reach too far, it is the God damn DUTY of the countries citizens to topple the administration, and rebuild off the basic foundations that the country was originally built upon! Do NOT EVER forget that fact!

I hope the below quotes inspire you and fellow readers:

"Those are governed best who are governed least."
-- Thomas Jefferson

"Government is not reason, nor eloquence. It is force. And like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearsome master."
-- George Washington

"I heartily endorse the motto, 'That government is best which governs least'; and I should like to see it acted up to more rapidly and systematically."
-- Henry David Thoreau

"I tremble for my country when I reflect that God is just."
-- Thomas Jefferson

"The sheep are happier of themselves, than under the care of wolves."
-- Thomas Jefferson

"The preservation of the sacred fire of liberty, and the destiny of the republican model of government, are justly
considered as deeply, perhaps as finally staked, on the experiment entrusted to the hands of the American people."
-- Thomas Jefferson

"Blessed are the young, for they will inherit the national debt."
-- President Herbert Hoover

"Government is like a baby. An alimentary canal with a big appetite at one end and no sense of responsibility at the other."
-- President Ronald Reagan

"A government that is big enough to give you all you want is big enough to take it all away."
-- Barry Goldwater

"Freedom is not something that anybody can be given; freedom is something people take and people are as free as they want to be."
-- James Baldwin

"It is not the function of our Government to keep the citizen from falling into error; it is the function of the citizen to keep the
Government from falling into error."
-- Robert H. Jackson

"Government is like a baby. An alimentary canal with a big appetite at one end and no sense of responsibility at the other."
-- President Ronald Reagan

"When I was a boy I was told that anybody could become President: I'm beginning to believe it."
-- Clarence Darrow

"All you need to know is this. You can never go wrong by voting for a bill that fails, or against a bill that passes."
-- Senator Robert Dole (R-Kansas)

"In framing a government which is to be administered by men over men the great difficulty lies in this: You must first enable the
government to control the governed, and in the next place, oblige it to control itself."
-- Alexander Hamilton

"Always vote for principle, though you may vote alone, and you may cherish the sweetest reflection that your vote is never lost."
-- John Quincy Adams

"Only a virtuous people are capable of freedom. As nations become corrupt and vicious, they have more need of masters."
-- Benjamin Franklin

"The punishment which the wise suffer who refuse to take part in the government, is to live under the government of worse men."
-- Plato

"Tell the truth. Do your best no matter how trivial the task. Choose the difficult right over the easy wrong. Look out for the group before you look out for yourself. Don't whine or make excuses. Judge others by their actions and not by their race or other characteristics."
-- The United States Marines

"It is the soldier, not the poet, who gives us freedom of speech.
It is the soldier, not the reporter, who gives us freedom of the press.
It is the soldier, not the campus organizer, who gives us freedom to protest.
It is the soldier who serves beneath the flag, who salutes the flag, and whose coffin is draped by the flag, who gives the demonstrator the right to burn the flag."

You're kidding, right? That is nothing compared to the great bulk of the rest of the politicians I have seen since the 60s. Time for some of you to look to more than one source for political information. And if you get ANY political information from ANY news entertainment ... you are utterly misinformed.

Oh. And Ron Paul?

Mankind doesn't need any slug politician that believes property rights are paramount to human rights. We let people die for want of health care so a handful can make a profit. The evil of America will be the stuff of legend.

Ron Paul. I just can't believe you are serious.

Since Obama is a wall street man, he understands this and is applying the same marketing strategy.

???? Toyota makes the best cars and trucks in the world... Just because some people got there floor mat jammed under the gas pedal hardly make its product junk...

nobody votes

its all rigged

always was

if you think your vote counts you are sadly mistaken

if you think it matters who "wins" the election, youre sadly mistaken

the reason for that, unchecked capitalism

long ago, everything was sold to the highest bidder, and once the richest man owns it, why would he bother selling off the power for a few more dollars when he can just order more dollars made? (that was a rhetorical question)

so to sum up, doesnt matter if anyone votes for barack osama or obama bin laden

doesnt matter

I don't necessarily beleive all those things are true. I don't like Obama or his policies, but alot of that stuff is kind of silly don't you think?

Ron Paul is definitely what this country needs right now. Just look at his political history and the bills that he has introduced. It's all common sense.

Legislation

Paul authors more bills than the average representative, such as those that impose term limits, or abolish the income tax[84] or the Federal Reserve; many do not escape committee review. He has written successful legislation to prevent eminent domain seizure of a church in New York, and a bill transferring ownership of the Lake Texana dam project from the federal government to Texas. By amending other legislation, he has barred funding for national identification numbers, funding for federal teacher certification,[16] International Criminal Court jurisdiction over the U.S. military, American participation in any U.N. global tax, and surveillance on peaceful First Amendment activities by citizens.[85]

In March 2001, Paul introduced a bill to repeal the 1973 War Powers Resolution (WPR) and reinstate the process of formal declaration of war by Congress.[86] Later in 2001, Paul voted to authorize the president, pursuant to WPR, to respond to those responsible for the September 11, 2001, attacks.[87] He also introduced Sunlight Rule legislation, which requires lawmakers to take enough time to read bills before voting on them,[88] after the Patriot Act was passed within 24 hours of its introduction. Paul was one of six Republicans to vote against the Iraq War Resolution, and (with Oregon representative Peter DeFazio) sponsored a resolution to repeal the war authorization in February 2003. Paul's speech, 35 "Questions That Won't Be Asked About Iraq",[89] was translated and published in German, French, Russian, Italian, and Swiss periodicals before the Iraq War began.[80]

Paul says his fellow members of Congress have increased government spending by 75 percent during George W. Bush's administration.[90] After a 2005 bill was touted as "slashing" government waste, Paul wrote that it decreased spending by a fraction of one percent and that "Congress couldn't slash spending if the members' lives depended on it."[91] He said that in three years he had voted against more than 700 bills intended to expand government.[92]

Paul has introduced several bills to apply tax credits toward education, including credits for parental spending on public, private, or homeschool students (Family Education Freedom Act); for salaries for all K–12 teachers, librarians, counselors, and other school personnel; and for donations to scholarships or to benefit academics (Education Improvement Tax Cut Act).[93] In accord with his political positions, he has also introduced the Sanctity of Life Act, the We the People Act, and the American Freedom Agenda Act.[94]

The only problem with your theory is after 4 years, he will then have 12 years worth of screwing up to undue. Typical liberal thought process; they screw up big time, give em a raise and another 4 years. Look at what it did for Michigan under the liberal Jennifer Granholm. You can buy homes in Detroit for $2.49. And they kept voting the crazy broad back in. Detroit's population has been cut in half in the last decade. The "Big 3", gone, manufacturing, gone. Oh, lets not forget the liberal democrat machine that ran Detroit. Let's see, where is that guy now? Prison? Jail? Can't remember. Yea, that'll work. Lets give Doogie Houser another 4 years to play with his "new toy" known as the United States.

Your really want to be a serf???

A slave to the bankers with no hope of becoming anything but poorer as they become richer???

Get out of the left vs right cage they use to enslave you.

LOOK at the laws pasted and stop listening to the banker owned media. J.P. Morgan bought the media in 1917 and has owned it ever since!

If the media supports a candidate it is because the OWNERS, the BANKERS support the canditate.

Read About the Federal Reserve

Read about WHO trashed the economy and how:

Being a little naive I think. Welcome to the world of politics. It was founded on corruption, and is fueled by it. It's what makes the machine work. Lobbying...No politician is free from sin here. Not one.

Now I'm not trying to make light of any of Obama's alleged ties to it, but seriously man....

Who did you vote for? McCain?

You think he's free and clear of corruption? If you do, then you're unfortunately not well informed. Ever hear of the Keating Five? Well, he was part of the scandal. Certainly not an angel...

Every President before Obama has been accused, and perhaps rightfully so, of being corrupt on some level. There's no way around it sometimes.

So what's your real beef with Obama?

P.S. The April Unemployment Rates from shadow stat are: 9.0% (U.3), 15.9% (U.6), 22.3% (SGS) or the real number without government shenanigans is about 22.3%
