Now look, I know it's just Vegas, and things can change, but it's very interesting to me, how catching OBL, in light of 3 wars, a sinking economy, a sinking dollar, and terrible poll numbers, can change his fortunes around.

I know lots of OBL threads and Obama threads but Vegas is usually very dialed into things......just something to think about

Yeah pretty much.

Ended 2 wars(iraq and WoT) and started one more illegal war(lybia well at least it was a real coalition unlike Bush's iraq war and afghan war) in Lybia.

I didn't get to see any news footage on OBL's demise until after midnight. I thought it was strange how, even in Times Square, there was a Rent-A-Crowd of about a dozen liberal college kids cheesing it up for the over 50 photo-journalists. Same thing in front of the White House. MSM (Fox news) sources were saying that the "crowd" began assembling "even as the President was speaking" to America. This whole thing smells like a set-up!

Vegas doesn't think any such thing -the people betting do.

All Vegas does is set the odds so they balance the money on both sides of the bet so they make the vig. Of course dumbass drunk people in vegas are going to be betting on Obama this week, so Vegas moved the line.

This boils down to no competition, the repub field of canidates is pathetically weak. IT looks unlikely to change so for now Obama is the easy favorite.

and for the majority of americans their lives are not any better than 4 years ago its quite the opposite their lives are quite worse.

with regards to the war of terriorism the us has been at war with terrorism way before bush or obama

in fact more around 40 years and payback is coming and its going to be ugly the two questions people need to be asking is when and how not to become a victim of it.
