too translucent - more like a ghost with glowing eyes than an animal per se. I would say a hoax (cgi fake).

Real or CGI? Who cares, that was cool!

I find it funny when people say something is CGI simply because it's beyond their comprehension. If you are going to say something is CGI please describe why you think so along with some intelligent data to back it up.

I agree with the above posters.

1) They caught it so many times in different pipes.

2) Its super fake, come on. Bad CGI. Take a look at the last example.

I agree looks like CGI to me how it moves and breaths and reacts does not seem to be "real"

Very cool video, who knows what the hell that thing was, I think it's funny people are coming up with answers though. If that was me filming, I would not be chasing after it, I would of peaced out and left the camara and a stain in my shorts.

The almost perfect horror movie like way it zips across the field of view and pokes it's head around the corner points to some kind of CGI project in my opinion.

The production values of the video with the fade transitions (I know these are basic skills) point to at least some basic video editing skills of the person who uploaded it as well.

This is why you padlock your crawl space door shut. This is why hiding from 2012 in the sewer might be a very bad idea.

Ok can you please explain to me how the bugs that were flying around went right through where the "monster" was standing. How can you explain that unless the person creating the CGI was so good that he was able to include the bug in the same frame.
