The second one says that they are from Zimbabwe via chartered Russian aircraft.

A chartered Russian aircraft flew into Harare on Monday evening and left for Libya last week carrying troops from Mugabe's crack Commando Unit, according to reports by the Zimdiaspora.

To be honest, I don't see how you could tell if it was a voice over or not because of the pixelation in the video. Honestly, it's not obvious, to me at least.

Please know though that I really am trying to get to the truth with no preconceived notions... are you?

I'll try this again. At 14 seconds into the video supplied, look down and you will see that it was a vid about Israeli Settlements. There after try to follow the mouth of the talking head at the desk; the words do not match up with his lips.

Beyond the obvious absurdity of Israel helping Gaddafy, I would think anyone with a few braincells to rub together would see through this sham.

Have you never been watching a news reel talking about one thing and another, entirely different subject scroll across the bottom of the screen? I have but again, I'm not advocating this being true... I really don't know.

I really wish you'd have explained what you were talking about to begin with instead of cryptic remarks... it would have made for a much more efficient dialogue.

The friggin video clearly shows that it is about Israeli settlements, if you bother to watch 18 seconds of it and pay attention to the bottom bar and not that post-imposed top bar.

And what the DOES the video have to do with mercenaries any way???

Ok so cut Israel (and im sure the OP means that Israel's Mossed is capable of doing some devious back door deals to achieve desired outcomes) out of the equation, you are still left with the US pleading the international court to grant these anti protester mercenaries to get immunity, and 2 months later they stage a war.

The OP made this grand statement and provided what is obviously a bogus vid; I am not arguing about the Mercs. I am simply calling this vid and its proported linkage to Israel as false, nothing else.

Its called war, and it ain't pretty, and this whole merc tactic has been used for a long time way before Rome even. And at 200$ a day thats pretty cheap, I guess they cant afford blackwater or some of the more pricey merc's.
