I've never been in the military but I'd guess any kind of cell phone would never be allowed during work hours, correct?

You could have cell phones during training, but during a field training exercise you basically live in a tent for a month or two without electricity. So you could have one with you during then, but only if you didnt mind it being tore up or lost while on a mission.

Yea, I had just stated that when conducting an FTX, you are living in a tent for a month or two without electricity, in all weather conditions 24/7. But I do wish I had some sort of visual proof for my post and as a keepsake to show friends & family.

Well i would have believed him, but he seems to think he is the only one worth believing. I'm not the sort to believe that someone is lying about these types of things but this fella passes judgement on others quicker then a snap of a finger.

Post was probably edited after that, and was all in one chunk previously or something.
