Now, since i can't edit my OP anymore for some reason, this is my continued list until this become uneditable.

Altered States
The Tenant
Saw
Saw II
Saw III
Saw IV
Saw V
Saw VI
Saw VII
Skeleton Key
The Cell
The Lovely Bones

These movies should defiently be on the list imo.

Btw, have people run out of ideas, since this thread is already close to death? Or is it because of the name change, which wasn't my intention at all, but some mod i guess.

Peace, NRE.

OMG, i just thought of that and had just logged in to write it down, only to find out that somebody else remembered it, not long before me. Strange

Can only agree, that it's a crazy movie.

Peace, NRE.

I was going to mention Altered States but I saw that you added it to your second list.

I Heart Huckabees - comedy mindf*ck is the only way I can describe it.

Hard Candy - completely unexpected.

You have a really good list, we seem to have a lot of the same favorites. I actually just watched "Primer" and "Gattaca" for the first time last week and loved them.

I think I will save this list and refer to it next time I am looking for a good movie to watch.

The Salton Sea. Fantastic movie that got no recognition for the masterful writing.

Pink Floyd: The Wall. As mentioned, just a great movie that will give you a new twist on your interpretation of the CD.

Inception. I really dug this movie. Wish they would have made it a 6 hour movie and went deeper into it all, haha.

Pi. Not sure if this was mentioned, but I really enjoyed this movie. Was different to say the least.

Dune. That movie was weird when I watched it so many years ago. It still is weird!

The Mist. I did not expect this ending. To show how sick and twisted I am, I get a giggle on how that movie ended. The music is perfect for that scene, and the way it was built up just makes me enjoy the entire film in retrospect.

Gonna have to check on a couple of the movies on your list, thanks for the a good reference list.

This movie is mind-screwing in a sense, The most bizzaire film I have ever seen. It's kindo of obscure, But if you can find it, it's certainly interesting.

Yep, The Cell was one messed up movie. Probably the most disturbing movie I've ever seen.

Bambi? Although, for sheer body count, Disney's Tarzan really dishes up the deaths (for a kid's cartoon movie, it has characters mauled by animals, shot, hung, stabbed, etc.)....

also, Pan's Labyrinth.

Other additions:
Time Bandits
The Adventures of Baron Munchausen (quite possibly one of the strangest movies ever made)
The Gate

I may have missed it, but I didn't see Sixth Sense or The Others on the list either. Both movies have infamous "twists"....

Can't remember the number, but there's a recent Stephen King movie featuring a room number (like 1402 or something), where a writer encounters a haunted and cursed hotel room (had John Cusack in it). That was pretty messed up.

Yeah that's pretty cool.

1408, Samuel L Jackson too IIRC?

1408 is already on the list

I've heard about some dude called Peter Greenaway, who should make some pretty mindf*cking movies.

Besides him i would add:

Ghost Town
Kiss Me Deadly
Pans Labyrinth
Spoorloos
Tekkon Kinkreet
The Cube
The Shinning
The Third Man
The Time Travellers Wife
You, Me and Everyone We Know
