They actually use the word "aspartame" over there? Over here, all we get is "sweetener 951" so people have less chance of discovering it.

I have never used aspartame as i am a supertaster and it is not sweet at all to me.
aspartame to me is bitter foul tasting.
And if i ever caught it being sold me under another name i would ask for my money back.

All changing the name will do is get the company a bad reputation and cause a lot of complainants from the 10% of the population that are supertasters.
