Come on!! Don't be shy! Don't fein modesty!

Admit it, you've eaten the $5000.00 Dollar Hambrger because, you could!

Yeah, I'll admit it... it's a Vegas thing.

Only at the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino Resort...

The FleurBurger 5000 is over the top with a hefty price tag of $5,000.00. Created by Chef Hubert Keller, the FleurBurger 5000 is served at Fleur de Lys in Mandalay Bay. It is a Kobe burger containing foie gras, a special truffle sauce, and is served on a brioche truffle bun with black truffles on the side. The burger is served with a bottle of Chateau Petrus 1990 poured in Ichendorf Brunello stemware (you get to keep the stemware)imported from Italy, and a certificate of authenticity will be mailed to your home so you can brag to your friends about how you spent $5000 in Vegas…on a burger.

I've had a 6 dollar burger from Hardees. Does this 5 thousand dollar burger have a bread and butter pickle on it like Hardees? Chef Keller burger can't hang if it doesn't have a bread and butter pickle.

I'd rather eat my faeces for $5000... Maybe..

Even if there were gold flakes in/on the burger.

thannks for sharing OP, but this is pathetic.
how about giving that $5K to a homeless shelter or something useful.
i'd have to hold back the urge to punch someone in the face ordering this.

If I spent that amount of money on a meal I'd punch myself square in the mouth and ask the nearest ten people to follow my lead.

It doesn't sound very good lol. Just another chump trying to steal people's money and add a paper certificate to make it seem special. I think I will opt for a $3 Big Mac filler with special Mac Sauce

Absolutely disgusting.
The sheer degeneracy of it.

Reminds me of roman plutocrats feasting; once they couldn't stuff any more in, they'd puke it all out and keep on stuffing their faces until the next round of puking.
These feasts could go on for days.

Also reminds me of the I Am Rich iphone App that didn't do any thing other than proclaim to all and sundry that: I Am Rich!!!

a fool and his money are easily parted.

Here in Mexico we generally can have a longer life expectancy if we don't give any appearance of affluence. We like to brag about how poor we are. If I could afford a new Mercedes I'd certainly not want anyone see me driving it.

5 grand sounds a bit steep for a hamburger. Only in America, right? I don't like to spend more than 5 pesos for a taco.

I ate 3 of them. Just so i could feed my ego.
But,i still wasnt full, i then had sex with 10 different guys, girl friends.

Upon returning home i was shot and killed.
My money, somehow did not act as a bullet proof vest, like i imagined.

I think the Big Mac option, that would be much more enjoyable

Also to the OP, after i replied saying i had a craving for a Quarter Pounder, i actually went down and got one...so thanks
gotta love 24 hour drive thru's...and at $7 for a large meal it was a bargain...compared to your $5k Burger...

Seriously though, i cant believe anyone would be so pompus to spend that amount of money on a burger and chips. No wonder this world is so screwed up at the moment.

On one side we have a homeless guy begging for anything we have to offer and then on the other side we have $5k burgers, 2 Million $$ bottles of cognac and blah blah.... it makes me sick

Anybody who'd spend that kind of money on a burger should be shot...pure and simple.

I mean, there's decadence, and then there is this...just a travesty of .....everything....

For 5K it better include two gorgeous hookers to feed it to me and take care of relaxing me afterwards in a high-roller suite.

Heck, I felt guilty enough paying over $125 for the two of us at Emeril's. (but damn it was good).....

Since I don't like mushrooms and refuse to try foie gras there is no point in me driving down there to try this burger...however if you ever do visit Vegas try HashHouseAGoGo it's really good, insanely large portions but really yummy. I'd try www.maxbrenner.com... here a lot sooner than I'd pay $5k for a burger...you could buy a cow for that much.
