You can do better than that. Exercise and physical activities do help, but also what you put inside of you raises your testosterone. Look online for a few references. You pretty much want to stay away from processed foods, plastic containers, soy, artificial anything, really. Don't use the microwave, and certainly don't heat any plastic at all. Don't even drink bottled water, man. There's feminizing chemicals that leech out of it as well! My testosterone has increased quite a bit after changing some things around, and I can see a lot of these supposedly macho people around me are actually wussies. Oh yes, the cell phone too, man! Putting your phone next to your junk will screw you up hormonally, and drop your sperm count. I never keep a cell-phone hear my stuff. I actually do my best to keep it several feet away from me at all times.

this is obviously a baited thread to lure people into some kind of argument. but if you don't believe in emasculation of men by use of the media consider the fact that you can show more of the male body on television than the female, consider all of the gay jokes prevalent in most major movies, and consider the extremely homosexual nature of the mainstream music, think lil wayne (totally gay). i have nothing against homosexuals whatsoever, i hope soon they can all get married and have the same rights as everyone else. however i do take a strong moral stance against this issue, the emasculation of american men. all popular movies are rampant with homosexual messages, both obvious and hidden, and you got to agree that basically every genre of music is getting gayer and gayer. and people watch shows like jackass and wildboyz which are amusing but full of very gay behavior. for example steve-o's cheetah thong he is so fond of wearing. and you were telling me when every mainstream outlet spews nothing but homosexuality that there is no hidden agenda? it's just a big gay coincidence?

I personally like the attitude and beliefs of the Mexican/Hispanic. There is a lot of emphasis on being very macho and manly and fierce protectors of their wives and children. This is how it's supposed to be. I don't think they would even talk or think about gays.

I don't understand the concept of homosexuality. They are supposedly attracted to the same sex as themselves. So why is it always that one plays the role of the feminine one and the other plays the role of the man. Why not just be straight? It's not like a manly man that likes manly men?

Not the PC answer, but accurate nonetheless. Add one more vote for a "d-bag" rating from me. You can try to impress some women with these misguided uber-macho antics, but I assure you that some of us would just walk away and let you enjoy the two meals you ordered by yourself. I really don't see any "gay agenda conspiracy" being orchestrated to further the implementation of a NWO. What people need to understand is that they gain power by dividing the general population on largely irrelevant issues. People are so busy fighting with each other that it's impossible to unite and confront the larger danger posed by the PTB.

So many posts in this thread are nothing more than "men are stronger" or "women are smarter," and do nothing but polarize tensions between us. Men are, as a general rule, larger in stature and body mass, however not all of us believe that greater size always equates to being "stronger." You may get slapped on the back by the muscle heads in the gym for being able to bench 300 lbs, but if I'm faster, have greater stamina, and can out fight you in a 1v1 match, I'd say that size shouldn't be the sole consideration in determining "strength."

Men and women are different physically, socially and psychologically. We're made to complement each other, and it really saddens me that some choose to use said differences to bash the opposite sex. Just because I may find a man sexy doesn't mean I want to sleep with him, be dominated, have him make decisions for me or father my children. just means that nature is working as intended.

Well, I have noticed the advancement of this agenda quite heavily to the point where I've almost forgotten how to be a man. It seems to be advanced more heavily in more liberal areas, from my experience.

I laughed when I read the title of the post.

Personally, remember the feminist movement? I think it is about time for a masculine movement where men get together and define what it means to be a positive, male role model. Of course, there would have to be an option for the manly men and also the more sensitive man, like the RPG gamer / anime type, (but not girl).

If a given project can act to benefit the rich and powerful, most likely there are people working on it and doing it.

The fact of the matter is that women are different than men in general. And one of the differences is that men are more independent and women are more dependent. It is no co-incidence that as soon as women began to vote in 1920 in the US, social programs designed to create dependence on government took off like a rocket ship and have never stopped increasing in size and scope.

It benefits the rich and powerful to have a population dependent upon the state. Therefore, the rich and powerful are most likely turning "men into girls" on purpose. Its hard for me to believe its merely a few changes in milk. Therefore, I find it more likely than not that the changes are on purpose. I suspect that women growing boobs at 10 is happening on purpose, not on accident. I suspect that men being gay in larger numbers is happening by design.

It is an uncontrollable human emotion for the vast majority of women to want to be controlled to some degree by "a powerful man". Its a natural attraction... a "part of nature". Therefore, statists will want men to turn into girls. Therefore, it is most likely happening right now.

I've thought about it.. but I have come to no explanation as to why my friends are so into talking about that sort of thing..
It's so obvious that they think it's cool. I find it disgusting myself..

Traditionally, Women Warriors are the most Ferocious. Killers will kill whatever they think needs to be killed in order to reach their goal.. women warriors were/are no different in that respect to males.

Many years ago I said that Men need to have our own Sexual Revolution.. it's only fair since women have. And yes I understand what the feminist movement was about originally.. Eqaulity.. something desperately needed in the world... for ALL People.

I've watched the Media in all forms since the early 1908's dictate what it is to be a man.. which led to Sensitive New Age Man, then Metro-Sexual Man, and finally Confused Modern Man.

Why Confused? It's simple really, boys and girls are raised differently to have different expectations of them in life as an adult. This is the main cause for all the problems between the sexes.

And for over 20 years now many men have been confused about what is expected of them as a Man. Some try to be SNAGS, some try to be "Real Men", some are happy to follow every trend in order to fit in with the Expectations supported by Media.

Men are confused about what it is to be a Man in our modern world. We know what we feel as a Man, we see what Media expects from us, we hear what women want from us, but rarely is there room between any of that for a Man to be Himself!

But Media still pushes an agenda.... to sell more Stuff to Males. And so we have seen the bringing in of mens' make-up, men's hair products, Men's hair removal methods, Men's hair colorings and the need for hairstyles, etc.

So we see boys spending more time doing their hair in the morning than a women does.. and that hair will look messy even after all that time and product use.. weird huh?

I see boys... teenagers are still boys... walk and talk the act.. it's all about IMAGE. Just like the movie Grease where Danny has no real meat to him, but he can prance and flaunt an Image that is not the real him. Exactly what I see with boys today.. Bieber-like clones are a dime a dozen today, and none have what it takes to be a real, balanced, effective human being yet.

So yes I have seen the de-masculation of men and the empowerment of women in these past 30 years. How many hand-bags carry their partners testicles around? Most I would suggest from what I've seen and experienced so far.

Maybe then it is time for a human-revolution? One that is based only on eqaulity for all human beings, only on allowing people to be what they are and not what society stipulates you should be to fit into The Indoctrinated Dream?

The negative trends we see.. kids watching porn, kids watching violence, kids watching the wrong illustrations of what it is to be a man or women today are all based in the Media Push.. and whoever is behind that agenda.

These things have become easier for kids to view, and in doing so it establishes a"standard expectation" and desensitizing to the reality of the world around them.

Hence the things we shunned as being "not morally right" are now that Accepted Norm for society.

And so we live in a modern Sodom and Gamorrha (spelling?)

Well, until the majority realise that they are to blame, that WE all allowed things to get this way and need now to stand up and change it Now.

With technology and power comes the ability to expose the masses to whatever the controller pleases. Someone realized what power technology such as television can hold. Sometimes all it takes is exposure. Think of children and how many try to set the best example as possible. If they hear a certain word, whether it is morally acceptable to speak in such a manner at such an age or not, they will say it. This works with actions too. They don't have moral opinions on these things yet, but what they are exposed to is what they know. I see the "audience", the masses who stare into a box everyday, just as I see children. Not everyone will react the same way with what they are exposed to, but all it takes is a thought, an idea, to spark any action.

Now, think about yourself. How have YOU been affected by the media throughout your life?

Sadly, everyone IS affected by it, and most of the time it affects us in such a way that changes our true being.

Porn plays a huge part in this. The fact is that you can't "protect" children from such material. What is portrayed in pornography is a fantasy, but it consumes people and they will want to make it a reality. It completely demoralizes and destroys the spirit, not to mention the effects of over ejaculating. When you enter the world of pornography, you're exposed to some extremely ridiculous material. It is one of those industries that does train women to be "weak".

The sexual aspect is just one role of social engineering, but it is a significant one at that.

This is why TPTB can manipulate women. Because they dont think with there heads. They think with there hearts. Plus like i said they tend to be ignorant of politics in general. Like with the gay marriage issue. They dont tend to know anything about law at all but form a opinion anyway.

this is in EVERYTHING.
I say that largely because people don't read labels. Soy is in nearly every food product on the market.
My wife bought salsa this week, a tostitos brand,. and it now has SOY in it.
This is ok for women in their 40's but not for men at all..
