When people talk about war with other countries, in this case IRAN. They fail to mention that it is the iranian GOV'T ragime that is the BAD BOYS. You would think that the U.S.A would get sick and tired of being the worldwide police officer. If it was me id say that," if i have to come into your country, to police your people, who attack us all the time, there will be drastic repocussions." Meanning, getting rid of the gov't in power there and replacing it with another that is like our own. STOP THE VIOLENCE OF OTHER NATIONS OR FACE THE WRATH.

Zionism died in 1949.

fyi.

You're thinking about nationalism. And in which case, no one cares.

[edit on 24-7-2010 by Gorman91]

That's the funniest joke I have ever seen at ATS.

Zionism is growing and ready to kill its main host, the United States of America to infect the whole world. Their new political, economic and social system will be called New World Order. Have you heard of it, pal?

Sure did, it started off as a pretty good wrestling story line that ended up going nowhere. Much like the NWO of the conspiracy world now that I think of it. If Israel had any control of the US then none of the Arab states would have any modern US equipment and Iran would have been a smoking ruin ten years ago. But lets not let that get in the way of any NWO fantasy.

Iran, you silly country. 100 tugboats with bb guns ducktaped to them are no match for our massive boat killers.

Shame on you for rattling your so called sabre. Keep trying.

These boats are very small and have machine guns mounted on them. Its just NOT impressive anyway you want to spin it.

Irans "Navy" would be decimated in a matter of a few hours (at best). These news reports are for internal Iranian consumption...much like what the NK leadership does. Its to impress thier citizens and nothing else. It has to be because it sure doesn "scare" the US if thats what they are trying to do LOLOL.

Yeah, pretty much you are.

And is "lap dog" the new catch phrase here on ATS? I've read that on several posts today.

I am not for IRAN, but all it would take to take that out would be one nuke mine detination by remote control and bye, bye fleet. I hope our peoples navy is smarter than that and detect it before we get there.

Normally, I don't think the fleet, while in combat, tools around the ocean in that sort of formation.

Unfortunately this and exactly this is the reason for multiple warheads on the ICBM's.

Overlap the destruction to cause maximum damage to the opposing force.

God help the remainders of the 'sums'.

And these are "just" conventional forces. There are thousands of nukes in every form to back this up "in case something happened to the fleet".

Or maybe they should spray the whole region with some exotic psychoactive.

I seen the video, but apparently they cut the video just before you could see the wave overtake the ship. After watching the video i checked out other videos there and i think you should check out the 5th video. It shows a nuke exspolsion and the wave overtakes the ship and it gets rolled onto its side. Now what happens to a ship that gets rolled on it's side? I'd say it eventually sinks. OH, and by the way, your video also mentions that the water vapor was hot and was highly radioactive.

I agree with you. I was only going on what i saw in the picture, and retorted on what i saw. If i were U.S.A ,i would not group up like that and go into battle.

However, the ships there are far more spread out, far more advanced, and far more stable, as these were last century boats.

Also, radiation does not change fighting ability. It just causes problems down the load after the fight.

Also, that was a far larger yield then Iran has.

Also, Iran doesn't have a nuke anyway, so this is all null.

EDIT

And that was a cargo ship you mentioned....and a different bomb.
