Martial Law Is Coming!

If we don't have martial law declared in say two months, can we stop using Alex as a source.

For the last couple of years, I seen post after post, referencing the coming martial law, FEMA camps, FEMA coffins etc. So far it's just been bunk.

So, if he's wrong once again can we just consider him a person who makes his living crying wolf. ( For me, he's cried wolf way too many times and he is no longer believable )

How can you say such a thing? Alex is not wrong or a liar. He says he has sources. Don't you read? Any minute now president Clinton will be rounding us all up and putting us into FEMA camps. You laugh but it is all in place and going to happen before you can blink. I have been following this since Alex said Bush Sr. would be doing it so now that He says Clinton will be doing it, it has to be true!

Ya its been coming about every other week for years now still nothing shut up stop fear mongering.

we were suppose to be at Iran years ago to something huge will happen before it comes and no one on ATS will have to make a thread because its going to big major for it to come to that.

1 day it will come but its going to be a joke that don't have enough troops to lock down the entire country at once.

Maybe major cities but not the whole U.S. its not happening give it up.

If they do they'll be sorry because the miltia will be fighting then for an uncostitutional act

You're mixing up the thread title with Alex Jones - (his video title "Police state") Raj said martial law. Alex says they will not call it martial law but in effect do the same things they would do under it.
He has a point, why declare "martial law" when you can just do it. By law they can legally do just about anything they want include lock you up for no reason and take everything you own. That is, if there is a "national emergency", which incidentally there is! Obama signed off on the National emergency Bush started on 9/11/2001. It's been in effect ever since.
So you're right, martial law will NOT be DECLARED. Yet the same things will happen: forced evacuations, camp FEMA for the poor or those with no family to support them, gun confiscations.

They will force an evacuation of the coast and take everyone's property then turn around 5 - 10 years down the road and sell it or give it to their buddies. They will hype this Methane explosion thing down there and set off some type of bomb so we all get a scary light show and think the government acted wisely for once.
Just think of all the $$$ our Gov will save by killing off all those blacks, hispanics, cuban and retirees collecting pensions and SS retirement. TRILLIONS UPON TRILLIONS

Yes.,.this is pretty sick stuff but any government that will happily drop bombs on cities without provocation would bloody well do something like this too.

Whateve i's going on in the Gulf will definitely NOT be what the government tells you is happening. They must have total control of the situation to manipulate it for maximum effect.
This is WW3, I just realized it.
It's not just Iran that we want to get rid of, most of our neighbors to the south are viewed as expendable too.

Well, I can understand the handgun thing, it's in your constitution, and your supreme court just ruled that they should be legal, that makes sense. We Brits have some very different views on firearms though, it's more of a cultural thing I think.

Honestly though, The Queen doesn't really do much of anything except act as a figurehead these days, and if she tried to take the power back from the elected government, well I think we'd just stop giving her an allowance and send her to her room, (seriously we give her an allowance, and she is dependent upon us for her power.)

As for the cameras, well you're on camera a lot in the US too, especially in cities. That is to say, not to the extent you are when in London, but still, I don't see much issue with it. So people see you, it does cut down on crime and if you're not committing any then nothing to worry about really. Being observed is just that, it's passive, if nobody takes action based upon it, I actually think it rather harmless.

There are things though that I think Americans can rightly criticize us for, such as our justice system and the fact that Northern Ireland is still less free than Scotland. We're not perfect either but we are a free state.

What this has to do with some Americans acting like the sky is falling because the military is doing their jobs I don't know, but you got your shots in against the United Kingdom, way to deflect the conversation.

I'm still waiting for that massive economic crash that was supposed to turn America and Europe into undeveloped nations, wasn't that supposed to happen last fall?

Oh how about when everyone who got the H1N1 vaccination was going to get some horrible cancer virus or end up dead?

I've got to agree with you on this one mate, for sure!

I have a friend at Camp Mabry and they do drills every summer kinda in a mass scale like this.

Besides...Martial Law wouldn't be so bad..at least it would change things up a bit. Don't you all get bored with the same ole same ole.
Get up, get the kids ready for school, go to work, take a break, go back to work, go to lunch, come back to work, go to a meeting, clock out, go pick up the kids from daycare, go home, make sure kids do homework, get dinner going, watch a little Dancing with the Stars or CSI, go to bed only to do it all over again the next day.

I think Martial Law would be just what the doctor ordered.

I got the H1N1 vaccination and now, if I don't wear my tin foil hat, I'm pretty sure that I hear Obama speaking directly too me.

I'm headed back to my bunker now and try to market my tin foil baseball caps. I think it will be the next fashion wave for the truly paranoid.

I'd be real confidant to say that there is NO WAY IN HELL that the people of the United States Of America, will stand to a martial law now or anytime in the future. It is such a load of crap

Makes me think about when your playing roulette and you keep getting black, black, black, black and no reds. What these "mainstream" minds fail to consider is the probability increases exponentially that "red" will occur, the longer "black" is whats occuring now.

TPTB are orchestrating everything, including the desensitization of suspicions on such worst case scenarios. By the time 2012 rolls around the sheep will be sipping their milkshakes and dreaming of themselves on American Idol when anything major occurs.

Marshall Law is not going to be activated . . . yet. As tired as I get of threads like this one or ones that predict doom, I have to wonder:

IF no one was out there yelling and making a fuss about these conspiracies
OR everyone stopped listening to the boy who cried wolf
THEN what would happen?

I have to wonder if all this 'whisle-blowing' is preventing TPTB from activating a full plan. And if we all stopped listening or the whistle-blowers stopped blowing . . . how long would it take for TPTB to activate a plan of mass chaos to limit life on this planet?

So, I say "Keep blowing those whistles and yelling out loud!" As long as SOMEONE is reading it on here, maybe we are foiling the plans?

I'd be really confident in completely agreeing with you! Military rule is probably the furthest thing from a workable idea in the United States currently. The population would end it almost instantly and I'd bet a good portion of the military would simply refuse to enforce it.

This is not to say that the US Military would not act against domestic threats, but against the general population, whom are their highest boss as well as their family and loved ones, that's just not going to happen.

Now I know people like Alex Jones like to thing that troops from other nations are going to be involved in, or leading any martial law in the United States, but seriously, do you have any idea how hard that would be? The pacification of 300,000,000 people is a lot easier said than done, especially when they are Americans.

Remember, the big, bad Soviet Union could not keep control of Afghanistan, and the actually terrifying United States Military could not take down the Vietcong. Without the hearts and minds of the population, no medium-sized nation is controllable let alone something the size and scope of the USA.

One claiming such a thing would come to pass should also remember that the USA has allies not just in the military forces of her friendly nations but of their people too. I for one would come back to America to fight for her freedom, and I know a lot of other Europeans that would as well. We might not like everything that your country does, but the Great Experiment cannot be allowed to fail, for the sake of what your nation has done for us in the past, and the sake of what America means to the world at large.

My biggest concern with people like Alex Jones is their radicalizing influence. This fear-mongering has a negative effect. Scared people tend to act irrationally and against their own best interests. It is very possible I fear that, while the man himself does not call for it directly, those who've been duped into believing every lie Alex Jones says could become violent at some point. That would be tragic to see, people with the best of intentions committing acts of evil is never anything that anyone should want to see.

The video posted above my Mike Stivic shows just how unhinged and sensationalist the rantings of Alex Jones can be. Anyone who falsely announces a nuclear meltdown as a scare tactic should not be trusted as a viable source for any kind of real information regarding the state of a nation, especially if you live in it!

C'mon, you know very well that virtually nobody would care, as long there was X-factor still on TV (or any of those shows), the world would be safe, and the Americans in deep trouble.

Heck, people do not care about anything unless it directly affects their bellies.

(But there would be an awful lot of 'online' support. )

Martial Law is Here!

While everyone has been wondering what excuse the Federal Government will use to declare Martial Law, we have been living under it. For years, right here in Texas, US Army soldiers have been performing civilian law enforcement duties off base.

According to a US Army SWAT Entry Team Leader with the 38th MP unit at Fort Hood, the City of Killeen has been using the Fort Hood SWAT Team to serve warrants and arrest civilians for at least the past two years. Apparently, Killeen does not have a SWAT Team of its own, so the city uses US Army soldiers instead. The Army, for its part, seems only too happy to oblige.

All of this came to light Wednesday morning when Mike Hanson, cameraman for documentary film maker Alex Jones,

Yadda yadda...

Published in 1999. So, how is that Martial law doing, Alex?
