SUPER AMERICA: my proposal.

i adopted the name for 2 reasons.

1. it is a combination of the north AMERICAN countries

and

2. the title grips attention, getting me more replies and conversations.

a new name would be nice though, got any suggestions? :p

i don't know why you would consider canada a burden? maybe mexico, but not canada.

What makes you think Canada wants anything to do with the U.S., other than to occasionally stroke them like any other watered down core nation, to ensure good relations?

It's true, if everyone could come to a fair way of it working out, North America would have everything it needs in one place, the US has the military right now ours is tiny by comparison, we have an abundance of resources that would have to stay strictly regulated so the environment stays clean, and it would be nice to be able to move throughout the country. I presently can't even go down there because of a very natural little plant 30 years ago. To even try I would have to walk, or the border guards seize our vehicles.

If we kicked out everyone that is in power right now, redo all the environmental protections properly, get religion out of the picture - it isn't really discussed up here much, too much of a melting pot for religion.
The FDA, and Monsato has to go, set some good banking laws, get rid of the debts first ,

You never now, most of the other stuff is similar, I think

i think your really on to something, it will certainly create a new generation of super nation. but there would need to be somebody in control, and i really dont know whos up to the job. i suggest a round table for members of ATS :p, but seriously, we would advance much easier as humans if this was possible, but the elites dont look like they want to leave.

We have a lack of people sometimes for temporary work that is just through the summer, most of the students try to get work related to whatever they are studying. It works out good, I think, for the Mexicans to get a vacation from their country, it is cooler here in the summer, and they still get a decent wage. We had an influx of them claiming refugee status to stay, and I guess our government figured they had a backlog of immigration claims to work out. So they made it harder for them to come in to begin with.
As for the cars at the US/Cdn border, if we have ever done something a little bit illegal (certain things are allowed, certain things not) the border patrol knows that we know better than to cross the border, and they take your vehicle for punishment. Then you have to write a long suck up letter to try to get it back. It probably goes both ways, the guards for both the US and Canada get cranky in their jobs. Before 9 11, it wasn't so bad, but since then the US has zero tolerance for anyone with a record of the happy plant , and I think the Cdn border guards keep out violent offenders. Not sure though how it works for US coming here.

Yes, my bad.
It was a long time ago, and it was one of the mildest of Canadian laws way back then, on the Cdn side it doesn't even matter anymore, it just goes to show it stays on your record forever. No biggy, I got to see Hawaii once, good enough. I can still travel almost anywhere in the world still if I could afford it, anywhere commonwealth anyway.
You know how it is when you are a teenager, some things stick It would be nice if they relaxed the border some though, teenagers from both countries get into the same type of trouble......

This North American Union Troll-fest makes me want to puke.
Keep your Canadian socialism and the Mexican exploitation to your own people.

Lets hope the states succeed from the Union aka "United States of Socialist America."

They're not necessarily taking our name as Canada, Mexico and the U.S all reside within the continent of North America but if Canada and Mexico don't like the Super America thing I'm sure we could work it out

None of it will fix anything. The problem is in the monetary and banking systems. The whole thing is going south and Canada Mexico and the whole world is going down with it. There is no fixing fiat currencies self destruction is built in, it is a mathematical certainty!

The problem with an NAU is that it is just an excuse to take away more freedom and enslave folks further with a new fiat currency because they know the old currencies are on thier last legs.

Exactly, one of my points was that the only way it would work was if the debt was gone First, and then everything else would have to start fresh after. The people are somewhat similar, but the way the countries are currently run is sooooooo different.

i think you're right, america are really just going to fall further and further into debt...
