Not to gloat.

I have to say that Viendin's was an almost impossible position to argue.

Since the debate started I've been wondering how I'd do it.

I just wanted to say to Viendin that our topics and positions are allocated randomly and I think you got the sucker deal there all round.

I take little satisfaction in moving into the next round and the result in no way reflects Viendin's capability.

I'll be happy to debate with you in the future in a grudge match with a commonly agreed topic.

Did Viendin Forfeit????? I thought he only lost one post, nothing noted in the debate its just locked.

I thought that I had totally missed something and was starting to get a little nervous that I was losing my mind, thats all. Thought I would ask because I have been known to have lesser things go over my head.

I didn't think of the right way to go about it, which I've had some help on now for my future involvement in debates.

Thanks John, despite my earliest feelings of cheapness, you cut down my arguments where they stood, especially with your last post before the confusion - that was what tied it for me in the end.

I am calmly sitting awaiting my fate in this debate as I watch PurdueNuc pace back and forth, back and forth, back and forth - Oh dammit to hell I am going crazy watching the back and forth pacing can somebody pleasssse help stop this pacing before I have to stand up.

PudueNuc, you have my utmost respect for your debate skill, you made me go out and do much more research and had me thinking hard on our debate subject. I was nailbiting all the way wondering how it was to turn out.
