Lent

Ash Wednesday approaches...what will you give up?

If I were religious I guess it would be sweets....which I think I'll do anyway.

I don't usually give up anything for lent. But this year it would be good for me to give up sugar. I eat way too much of that.

I'm not religious, I was raised Catholic, but never tried to give anything up for lent. I did, however, start a diet today. Not because of Lent but because of all the bikinis in the stores now.....crunches tonight and no dinner
Being a woman sucks!

. I forgot too.

It really helps the soul, sacrafice does and makes the soul appretiate more.

One time I gave up video games and I got so much done. it was amazing. Another time I fasted alot and it made me appretiate food on a different level.

It does alot for my soul.

God bless you OP.
